    Products don't work as claimed. Brand new 2025 ****** earbuds that were purchased, magically disappeared from their website and are no longer sold. It impossible to reach support to return items. Company only refunds for store credit. Tried to reach company multiple times and have never been able to reach them. Also, company filters out all bad reveiws on their website. Whole company is a scam and should be fined and shut down.

    This review is a WARNING; read it! I ordered these specific Bella Sleep earbuds to help me sleep due to tinnitus.Unfortunately, I had to switch back to a sound machine since I started waking up every night when the earbuds they claimed lasted 8 hours died in under 6 hours or disconnected from their App, stopping the sounds. Their soundscape app is garbage. Its an app in the Play Store called **********, and you have to find the Bella Sleep App inside **********. Their soundscapes are limited (there are better free sounds online, and you can download a free MP3 player from the app store).After just one week of use, I contacted Bella Sleep support and requested an exchange, which was well within their posted 30-day exchange no-refund policy. They responded that the Bella Sleep Pro earbuds they shipped only lasted 6 hours, and I suggested an exchange.I requested they ship the earbuds they advertised, which lasted 8 hours. They told me they would ship them with a return label for the original pair. The 8-hour version is called the Luumun Sleep System earbuds, which Bella Sleep also makes.Getting the exchanged earbuds took almost a dozen emails and a month. When the replacement pair finally arrived, there was no return label. I inquired with Bella Support, and they said I didnt have to return the original pair since no return label was included, and I could dispose of or donate them. Unfortunately, they again shipped the wrong earbuds. I did not receive Bella Luumun System 8-hour earbuds. I received the Bella Bonamour Sleep Pro earbuds in error, lasting only 5 hours. I contacted customer support, and it took them several days to respond. They told me I had to ship both pairs back to get a refund, which they never offered, and there was no mention of me getting the Luumun. They screwed up twice, and I have to pay for shipping? How do you tell a customer to dispose of or donate an item and then require them to return it to get a refund? What a scam.

    The first set of sleep buds that the company sent to me did not pair. The second set would not pair. They sent me a third set that was pre-paired and did work. However, the sleep buds would not stay in my ear at night and were hard and painful to sleep on. The customer service woman sent me the third pair, but when I complained and requested to change them for their supposedly smaller buds, she would not let me since it had been months since I had received the first pair. When I told her it had only been a week since I had received a pair that actually worked, she argued with me and then refused to communicate any further. Also, I had paid an extra $50 to received the "updated sound library." It was horrible. There was only one white noise sound that I could stand and instead of lasting 6 hours, it only lasted 4 1/2 hours. There is no sleep to be had and they refuse to refund your money. I can never use this product due to the riduculously hard sleep buds. It was a huge waste of my money.

    Placed an order and realized this company was a scam immediately - requested to cancel my order within 5 minutes and they claimed it had already been shipped (not true). When it did ship I prepared to return my order based on the fact that their reviews are false and they keep their comments off on IG, but they do not accept returns for refund. This business is a complete scam.

    Issues from day one. Buds often dont pair with each other, ie only work in one ear. Battery life is about 2.5 hours and the ear silicone fittings dont fit properly or exclude sound. There are no touch controls on the headsets you have to use the app, which is incomplete. Do not waste your money on these ... Time for a complained to the *** on this one.

    Same issue. A manager named ********* got back to me after 2 weeks and only after I disputed the charge on my card because both sets of earbuds didnt work properly. She basically accused me of lying about them not working and that the company sells 10, 000 a month and they very rarely dont work. Buyer beware

    Terrible ! Essentially you pay for these sleep buds that dont work and you are unable to get your money back. They credit it to you account..for what? to buy another faulty pair of sleep buds? Its a low level Scam in that they are doing the bare minimum to just get away with stealing your money.
