Aug. 17, 2024 is when I received my first Bella Sleep Pro+ in the mail. I paid $200 for the sleepbuds.Oct. 14 The first set would not pair, so I emailed I emailed Customer Support at ****************************************************************** <************************************************************************************************>the company sent me set #2. This product also would not pair after following instructions numerous times. Nov. 1, 2024 The company sent me product #3 which they had pre-paired. When I wore them to bed, the battery lasted only 4 hours instead of the 6 promised. Also, the sleepbuds were very uncomfortable and fell out of my ear in the night. Nov. 8 I requested an exchange for the smaller model. I was refused an exchange.I asked for the smallest model, PROxs. I was told that I had 30 days to request an exchange. This 3rd set, the only one that worked, was sent to me November 1, 2024. The company told me that I had ************************************************************** only eight days earlier, not 30, the company owes me the PROxs model.When I contacted the company again on the 24th to meet my needs as promised in several emails and asked for the PROxs, they said it had been more than one month since I had received my first pair. Not taking into effect that I did not have a working pair until November 1.They would not respond to any further emails.The company advertises widely as a Bose alternative since Bose no longer makes sleepbuds. Their sleepbuds are a Bose knock-off, looking just like a Bose product, but without any of the comfort or use that Bose provided in the past (they no longer make sleepbuds).Initial Complaint

I purchased Bella Sleep EarPods in October, they worked briefly then stopped, they sent a replacement pair which worked briefly then stopped again- they sent another replacement pair- same problem- now they wont answer emails and the phone doesnt connect either.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of the Bella Sleep Pro System earbuds from this company and because the earbuds do not fit correctly in my ear and do not hold a charge for as long as is stated, I asked to exchange the earbuds for a pair of the Bonamour Sleep XS, as this company will not refund your money.I have attempted to contact this company several times via email as they do not have a customer service number and this is the only way to get in contact with them. I received one email stating they would look into the exchange and they never got back to me or replied to any of my other emails that I have requested an exchange for.Initial Complaint

The date of the transaction was 10/29/24 for the amount of ******. As other users have stated online, this is a scam product. They claim to have their own app, but they don't, it's a library within something called the passion io app. The promised "largest sleep sound ** ****" is no more than a few poorly recorded tracks whoch you could find on ******* for free. The buds themselves sound like 20 dollar earbuds. They aren't comfortable and sound very tinny. They will only give you store credit for a return, even if the product hasnt been used for more than 5 minutes. This policy is hidden in a weird place on their website at the bottom, which is also filled with spelling errors which leads me to believe they are not located in ******, but drop shipped from ***** or another foreign country. The first place i thought to look for return info was under contact us which says for returns to email them, it doesn't link to the page where is says they will not do a refund. Photo attached. I notified them that I would like to return my purchase the day I received it after turning the earbuds on for approximately 5 minutes.Initial Complaint

On 9/4/24 I purchased a pair of Bella Sleep Pro earbuds. I received them and was not satisfied with the product. I reached out via their website (the only method I could find to request a return) and received an automated email that I could resolve the issue in the portal, but I was not able to find a way to do that. I have submitted multiple requests and have heard nothing back. The emails I receive send me back to the website, and then I go back to the website and submit another request, which sends me back to the website. It's an endless loop.The website clearly states that they only take returns for store credit, but I can't even get them to respond to me about that. At this point, I just want my money back so I can buy a better product; a return for store credit is not of much use when the product I bought is essentially the only product they provide.Initial Complaint

Hello,I purchased the Bella Sleep sleep buds in 2023. These cost approximately $150. You insert these in your air at ************** play quiet, music or sounds to help you sleep. The first pair I got worked for about 3 months, then one bud stopped working. I followed all of their troubleshooting steps but they didn't help. Bella Sleep, sent me a ***lacement pair, free of charge. These failed after roughly 2 months, same issue. Bella Sleep again sent me a free ***lacement. These lasted about 4 months, then stopped working altogether. This time when I called, they said I should upgrade and order their Bella Sleep Pro product. I paid the $$ fee to do this ( I believe $100 with a customer discount). Thinking they were a better product & would work. They worked great for roughly six months but then had the exact same issue. That was last week. I emailed their customer service *********** sent me the trouble shooting steps, which I followed to no avail. I then asked if someone could help ****** was ignored by the customer service *** & told they didn't have my order information. They're product is obviously defective & not worth the $$ they charged me. They know this but keep selling it anyway. That's terrible for the people that buy these defective items.Initial Complaint

I ordered Bella sleep pro sleep buds for $199. Order #B27490 on 9/21/2024. I have sent multiple emails about issues with little to no response. They indicate they dont offer refunds. They hurt my ears and do not last up to advertised 6 hours, 4-5 hours at best, most nights 3 hours.Initial Complaint

These are described as sleep buds to get a better nights sleep and compared Bose sleep buds which I owned prior. The battery life is 6 hours which makes no sense if they are intended for sleep as advertised - completely misleading! Further they compare them to the discontinued Bose which had a battery that last over 10 hours. No they are not bigger as I still have them and compared to Bella. The ear buds didnt work the first time using, they shut off in 3 hours. I have contacted several times by emails, phone calls, Instagram to no avail. I purchased the Bella Sleep headphones by accident I realize now. I thought I was purchasing Bose Sleep earbuds but this product came up on a good search as an "alternative to Bose". The product arrived last night and I am getting 1-2 hours of battery charge but they say 6+ hours. I am currently trying to get a refund on the product but they are now saying they don't do refunds. I went back to the website I purchased them from and there is no place on that site or the refund policy link that states they don't refund for the product. They talk about exchanges and credits, but don't say they don't do refunds. They are now claiming that "no refunds" is all over the website. This may be true on another website but not from the website that comes up from the ****** search engine. This company is clearly scamming people. It is an internet scam. They even have 2 websites, one that comes up on the ****** search for "bose sleep earbuds" and one that comes up "bella sleep earbuds" They also charged me 199$ for a product that they advertise as Pro+ but is the same exact product as the 149$ "Pro" and my box shows this is the "pro" product. Clearly a scam.
