      Have dealt with so much fraud. Their customer service is a joke and they so easily allow people to Impersonate others, have new cards mailed the the fraudster, and when the real person calls in they treat you like your the criminal. Have you jump through hurdles just to put a stop on your account and prevent the fraudsters from taking your money. To add insult to injury they then charge you a fee for mailing the new card to you and your money is long gone and they dont help you recuperate any of it.

      I called direct express? About an issue on direct Express App so they could correct it. And ****** answered my call after 15 mins of waiting to speak to sumone for help. And she ws very rude yelled at me. Cause she didnt understand what l ws asking her for help to fix my app. And if she could transfer me to sumone who could better help me. So than she says ThankYou have a great day and hangs up on me. Didnt help me with my problem wouldnt transfer me to a more available person who could help me. But Its not my fault she dos not know how to assist the costumer when they calll up. Plus it ws just as hard for me to understand what she wd sayi g with that accent. Of hers? I just wish. She ws a bit more patient with her job and not be so rude and yell at me. Than hang up.. Ooh No you dont do that after lve been waiting on the phone for help. But get sumone who is angry with my world. Plus lm not going to sit on the phone again and wait? When she could of just transfer
