5 starsWe went to Jason's Deli located at ***************** in ******, **. That restaurant should be a model for all Jason's Delis. The restaurant is clean, even during the lunch rush, the salad bar was perfect. Tables are bussed quickly and all employees are kind and welcoming. We've been there twice this month.Review fromMary E

1 starI was not happy with the customer service on last night. I believe the guy working the front was the manager and older guy. I was waiting for my food along with another customer he offered the man waiting a complimentary drink. He never offered me the same as I waiting also. When both our to go orders were ready he kindly put the man food nicely in the bag closed it with the crease. My food he called my name and my bag was open for me to crease. I feel like he discriminated against me because I was a black woman. My $36.11 along with a $3.61 tip was accepted. I truly hope he doesnt benefit from any of the tips. I have frequent this restaurant before and was never treated this way. Thank you for reading my complaint. ***********************Review fromBonnie J

Worst baked potato I ever paid for must have been left over from last week. Badly overcooked I didn't think you could ruin a baked potato. The ***** style BBQ on it was no better. I promise to never go back.

1 starWe had a delivery. They forgot our cheesecake. We tried to call them to let them know we waited 22 minutes on hold and no body answered. We also got no fruit dip for our fruit plate which had no flavor. Very disappointed in our meal.Review fromGail S

2 starsPlaced a catering order for 7/27/23 to be delivered between aa and 11:30am from the *************** location. Food was delivered timely, but one of the lunch boxes was left out.I called and spoke to the person who stated that she packed the order up for delivery.I had 10 lunch boxes (sandwiches) and 1 Salad Box a total of 11 boxes. I received 9 boxes (sandwiches) and 1 Salad Box a total of 10 boxes. The Large brown bag had 8 boxes and the small white bag had 2 boxes. The employee continued to dispute me and went back and forth on what she packed. Even went on to say the driver may have taken a box out of the bag. She offered to remake the sandwich but I would have to pick it up. This is for a ********** meeting that was starting in 15 minutes and I had one Board Member with no lunch. Embarrassing. By the time I would have found someone to travel there and back it would have been 12:45pm at least with traffic. Luckily, I had other members who offered to split their sandwich with him. I do 1-3 catering orders per week . This is unacceptable and I will not use them again for any catering needs since they are unable to correct their mistake.Review fromJames A

1 starReally going down hill. I asked their customer support to reimburse me for my gift card. They refuse so I have to go until it is used up. They will get the appropriate review everytime I go!
