We went to dinner at Jason's Deli in ********, **. There were 2 customers besides **. After ordering the food we sat at our table. The employees were very loud, dropping pan's on the floor as if on purpose. There were 3 small children in the back seating area running around, throwing a ball and screaming. Their mother, who was cleaning tables, did nothing to calm them. A man, I believe was her husband, dressed as if he just came off the street kept going to the salad bar grabbing muffins from the bowl with his fingers. It was disgusting and very rude behavior from what my husband and I both witnessed. It was cold and snowing outside and the time was 8:45 pm. I realize that they were anxious to shut down and go home, but we were not finished with our meal when the Spanish lady, who's family was running rampid in the restaurant, came to our table with the bus cart and started removing our dishes, saying something we didn't understand. I have never seen such a disrespect for customers, Ever! Our meal was over $40 dollars and with all the noise and Drama being played out we weren't able to enjoy it. I know good help is hard to find but with employees like that you need not worry because you won't have any customers left. We will never return to your establishment ever again! Have a great day and good luck!

I just had dinner at the *************** in *********** and ordered a ***** managers special with a side salad. First of all the picture on the menu looked so appetizing hence my order. Upon getting my sandwich there was a lack of meat on the sandwich and instead was filled with sauerkraut. For $11.99 for halft a sandwich and another additional $2.99 for the side salad definitely not worth it. To top of the displeasure I found a hair on my plate. I asked to speak to the manager who was really not trained with any customer service skills. I have worked in the services industry for over 20 plus years and have lived in major cities around the world. By far the Rio Grande Valey is the worst when it comes to Making the customer fell welcome and apologetic about providing the best experience as a paying customer. *************** in *********** falls under this category. There are so many other places to go and to stay in business the main goal would be to accommodate their guest instead of making them fell upset and unsatisfied. To conclude my story the manager took the ***** off the ckeck but instead of paying $2.99 for a side salad I was charged $6.89. This is a poor practice. Shame on you!

Yesterday was the first time I ordered from Jason Deli located at 4073 Lavista Rd, Tucker, GA 30084. The order was placed for curbside. I used the text message to inform the store I was there to pickup my order.I parked in the To-Go space, unaware there was a curbside sign directly in front of the store, not visible at night or from all angles.I called inside to let the someone know I was outside.I was informed she was the cashier and my payment method only allowed 8.00 of the cost.I ask the cashier why I was not informed before I arrived so I could provide another payment method. She stated because she was the only cashier there and she had other customers.I proceeded to provide another method of payment and the cashier said the prefix was wrong, which allowed me to know she was not listening, I sighed, she ask me if something is wrong sarcastically and unprofessional I then provided a third payment,my credit card number. She then said have you pull up to curbside yet, I replied, no because you said I had to resolve the payment issue first. She became argumentative,so I drove to the curbside. The cashier came outside and shoved the meal in my hand with no gratitude or apology. Also, when I opened the bag the salad dressing spilled in my vehicle because the lid was not secure. This type of service is the reason I frequent Chick-Fil-A, subway.and Dunkin, just to name a few. I wanted your chain to be amongst the list also. As a consumer I will consistently patronize a chain with great service because most often, there are more great experiences than bad with a willingness to make the bad, great. In this case, the unprofessionalism and rudeness can not be overlooked.I don't want a gift card or a free meal. I would like a resolution, so I can feel comfortable ordering from this location without unprofessionalism, sarcasm rudeness or aggression. My service to this country is the reason WE have so many freedoms, appreciate and respect that. This will not go unnoticed, I will share

We are sorry for the experience you received at the Wilcrest location in Houston. Your feedback is appeciated and will be forwarded to that location to address.
We consider our pricing very reasonable with kids sandwhiches under $5, and our regular sandwiches start at $7.00 and include chips and pickles.
Thanks for reaching out to us!

I tried typing my whole experience, but apparently it was to long. So, to make it short and sweet here is my review:
My office placed 5 pickup orders (8/2/22). Worst customer service, wait time was ridiculous (ordered online before 11Am with pickup time of 11:30. Didn't get the food until after 12), was missing an order plus some of us were missing food, fruit cup had rotted strawberries in it, bread was hard. When my boss called the branch, the lady was rude. We sent them an online complaint, the manager told my boss she would call her the next day but we never received a call. My boss called up there the next day and the manager told her she would call back at 2 after their lunch rush. Guess what, today is 8/10 and we still have not received a call back. I guess their "lunch rush' is never ending.
