    After being so happy with my first purchase from Incredible Rugs and Decor, I ordered a second rug for my hallway. I used their online tool to see both rug together and confirm they would work well together. I am just as happy with my second purchase. Both were sent timely, well packaged and of the quality expected.

    Incredible Rugs and Decor has an excellent website for purchasing rugs - I've gotten 4 over the past 6 months. Some rugs can be 'viewed' in your room via uploading a pic. Excellent customer service and quality rugs. Customer for life!

    Great experience and the rug is beautiful! The included rug pad is pretty thin, so keep in mind that you may need to buy another pad if you are wanting something thicker.

    A fabulous organization to deal with.Not only did they save me several hundreds of dollars over the very same rug I found locally, they made sure that I wouldn't get any bad surprises. I was so impressed that the president of the company emailed to let me know the size of my rug would mean it had to come by freight carrier rather than *** and that it might take a little longer to arrive. Even with that they still honored the free shipping. He gave me the option to order a samp!e to be absolutely sure this was the rug I wanted before I finalized the order. He let me know the cost of returning it. In other words : No bad surprises!I did get a good surprise! The rug arrived a week early and in perfect condition. The rug is just beautiful. The icing on the cake- they included a free bonus kid pad.This is the kind of service you don't get with many companies these days. I will definitely order from them again and tell my friends of my wonderful experience.

    Lots of contact before the delivery of my rug all went as planned. The rug is great quality and arrived on time and in good shape.

    Will not order from them. They charged me right away for a $700 rug, 13 days later I hadn't heard anything so I finally contacted them. They said it wasn't in stock and discontinued. No notification, nothing. I needed it to match one I already own. Now probably too late to fund one.
