These ppl are a Scam!! Was contacted today by them for student loan forgiveness. They had ALL of my FASFA info!! I then got email notification that my password/username had been changed. They sent a reference form for me to update and sign. They had all my references and my SS number but wanted me sign. They are very good. Beware of these scum bags!

Today someone called me claiming to be loan forgiveness from the Department of education.
Aid advantage did tell me to look into other sources to reduce my loan.
I gave the guy my social security #. He said he was legit. I shouldn't have trusted him but I have all these messages on my phone. The number seemed legit. It didn't say the scam is likely. I don't know if it had a checkmark in front of it but he called me this morning 2 times and it had check marks He called on 4 numbers
He sent me an FSA code but I thought it was legit. He said that He was from FAFSA because he sent it I typed that number into ****** and realized it was a scam. I hung up and called ********* I had them replace my card. They told me how to change my password after I activate my new card. They gave me a number to call. I called the number and received this website *************************************************************** and another number. I called that number and had to wait for a long time. The lady was nice and helpful but she told me she couldn't change my social security number. They put my account on the dark web.

These people are a scam. They told me that I could be enrolled in a 240 month payment program which would in turn forgive my student loans. I was told to pay a lump sum payment and a service fee of $19 a month which was based on my household size and income. There has been NO MONEY GOING TOWARDS MY LOAN. When I contacted Processing Direct they were not able to tell me why there has been no payments towards my loan and claimed the lump sum payment and the $19 a month were just for their service. Please do yourself a favor and only contact your student loan service. Do not give Processing Direct any information.
