      I was recently with a debt resolution firm that was trying to settle a debt with the firm. They told the courts I had been served but that never happened. I had enough money in my account to pay the balance but instead they refused payment and proceeded with garnishment. My negotiator offered to pay the balance on the account, but they refused to accept it. They decided to go the garnishment route and now Im being garnished even though we tried to pay.

      This scam of a company keeps sending mail to me. How it is getting to me is weird. As the paper work they send isnt my name nor is it my address. They have also called several months ago stating a owed this debt and i was unfamiliar with it so i requested the original agreement as proof. They never sent it. Then they called me again and i told them i never got it and they snapped back saying ell in our system it says it was mailed to you. OK well again i did not get it so you have a duty to prove its still mine. This has well exceeded their time frame given to reply and send to me and not i get a pending notice for court. This place is a f****** scam like no other. Now it has been months mind you since i have heard anything from them so i assume they finally got their s*** figured out. Till today when i got the pending notice for court. Again it is titled to someone of similar name and address but it is no way shape or form my exact name or my address.

      I had a payment plan with Scott and Associates. I unfortunately missed two payments for *** and June (COIVID) and when I called to come up with arrangement, I was told my bank account was frozen and a garnishment court date is in September. NEVER did I get a phone call concerning my payments. I offered a payment on the phone and they refused this payment stating I needed to pay in full. I am gathering a case to go to court and defend myself.

      For those of ** that have found out that Scott and Associates and some not all of their Paralegals and Attorneys and their practices are deceptive and deceiving. Some need formal complaints brought on them to take them before a board and have them disbarred. Others its a moral problem of lying. Make sure all of you that are being sued by this Law firm check your courts portals online daily . The paralegals and attorneys like to sneak in your written discoverys and give a certificate of delivery by email. They know they didnt send the documents but that, ladies and gents is to make sure you lose in court. I personally am watching the conduct very carefully now of a few and more than like will be making some complaints to the board for a some of them. Just gathering up ****** The lawyers code of ethics is broken probably every day in this law firm by someone.******************* approves the public announcement
