If you want to see a company that steals your money and profits off the pain of incarcerated families, Securus Technology is the company.I paid for three Video Connects so I could see my son, and I couldn't access or connect with him. They simply stole my money without responding.

It's business model is to exploit money from the families of incarcerated individuals. The pricing is outrageous. I spend more in one week than my entire cell phone bill with unlimited talk, text, and data. One phone call a day and one video call a week, plus texting can easily run up to a couple hundred dollars weekly. But the part that upsets me the most is, where does their profit go? The platform is about as archaic as windows 95. A select few people have become disgustingly wealthy from this exploitation.

Is value of money worth the price of your souls? You make money off the misery of inmates. Federal Government has been judged by God. You'll suffer God's wrath when this country comes to ruin from the cyber proxy wars. Your fellow man is not a bargaining chip for misbegotten gains. You fools, you rats. You will reprimanded by the father for your countless sins you have committed in the dark where no eyes have seen. Best friend while you can.

So aside from the regular issues like the phones constantly cutting out, visitation rarely working and connection problems on the tablets, on the same morning my subscriptions for both the tablet *$8.50" and music *$17.99* were paid the tablet suddenly stopped turning on. I sent it in for repair and they just disabled my account and said I could sign in to a new one. Well this didn't work until after my subscriptions were expired which means that literally an entire month of two subscriptions got lost. No one could help and they have kept my money.

First, anyone who makes a dime from the incarceration of human beings deserves a visit from *****. If you create or run a company that increases profits from an increase in prisoners, you deserve a visit from *****. Second, this whole Securus is JPay and JPay is Securus is exhausting and is a primary reason this company has a 1-Star and D- rating. They demand different passwords to different websites, and that's ridiculous. I'm sure that generates more money for more people. And they need a visit. And try to reach a person on the phone for support! When I finally got to a person, my frustration was dismissed with, "It's not really that hard." They don't care if it's confusing or if you never resolve your issue; you don't have a choice but to use them. After years of fighting Texas's only prisoner communication software, I think the most likely conclusion is that Securus owner **** ***** is a terrible person.***** ***** & A HAPPY ********!

Securus Technologies Text Connect and Email Pricing Securus Technologies offers a service called Text Connect, which allows users to send messages to incarcerated individuals. However, the pricing structure for this service is misleading and confusing. The advertised prices suggest that purchasing stamps will provide a certain number of messages, but the reality is quite different. When customers see the option to buy 500 stamps for $5.00, they may assume they can send 500 messages. However, each message sent or received actually costs 10 stamps. This means that instead of receiving 500 messages for $5.00, users only get 50 messages (500 stamps / 10 stamps per message). Similarly, when purchasing 1000 stamps for $10.00, users are only able to send 100 messages (1000 stamps / 10 stamps per message). This pattern continues with larger purchases:2500 stamps for $25.00 results in 250 messages 5000 stamps for $50.00 results in 500 messages This discrepancy between what is advertised and what is actually provided can lead to significant confusion and frustration among purchasers. The email stamp pricing also presents challenges. For example:20 stamps for $5.00 40 stamps for $10.00 65 stamps for $15.00 90 stamps for $20.00 While it may seem straightforward at first glance, the fact that one stamp allows sending up to ****** letters complicates matters further. If users do not utilize all their letters within a given timeframe or if they do not create a full set of letters using their purchased stamps, they lose out on potential communication **************** summary, Securus Technologies pricing structure for Text Connect and email services is misleading and lacks transparency. The actual number of messages that can be sent does not align with what is advertised, leading to confusion among purchasers. Additionally, the absence of a rollover policy exacerbates financial strain on families trying to maintain communication with their incarcerated loved ones

On Friday, December 6, 2024, I was able to reach **** ****, CEO, of Securus and left him a voicemail message regarding the software problems I was encountering for the past 3 **********, Monday, December ******, the rude customer ********************** representative still did not have a solution to the problem I have now been encountering for the past 5 days. The customer ********************** individual definitely did not offer any solutions that have not already been addressed. The representativess solution to the ongoing problem was to hang up on ***** I immediately tried contacting **** ****,the CEO, a second time.Apparently, the automated attendant selections have changed at Securus **************** and the automated attendant cant find **** ***** extension. In my opinion, this company is very unprofessional, ill equipped and their company philosophy is to hide behind their electronics instead of being professional and offering ************ my opinion, this company does not even begin to deserve a D- rating an F is more appropriate.Karma is key here and I hope another organization offers the communication services necessary to correspond with our loved ones and puts Securus out of business. Elon Musks expertise is definitely needed to resolve the IT issues I am experiencing, but for now I am left with a bunch of pigeons from Securus who apparently dont know how to fly rightIn closing, I have decided to communicate via snail mail. Definitely a lot less aggravating, along with costing me less my money. I never met a company that was not interested in taking their customers ********* can an eagle soar when you are flying with pigeonslol
