      What a scam! I've spent $25 now that's sitting there waiting for my inmate to call and it says my balance is 0. He's not called once. When you try to call, you cannot even speak to a person to get any help. Scam!! I want my hard earned money back Securus!!

      Horrible customer **********************. They do a poor job monitoring the kiosk and they do not protect the account holders privacy. They should be shut down.

      This ************* is a joke. Just to talk with my SO I have to go through this company or no contact at all. I have been submitting everything asked just to be able to talk with my SO for over 2months. I have only received one day of phone calls from my SO. Just for my number to be blocked which I have already verified. In other words once I have been able to speak with my husband. I have no blocks from the prison he is at. But, Securus Technologies blocked me. I have been calling customer care and they can't do anything about it. This is a type of ABUSE not to just the inmate but to families. And a violation of amendment rights like crule and unusual punishment. Now I'm told I have to wait 15 days. This is horrible why is our state allowing this!!! this is sick!!! My child cry's because there is no contact between them.

      Forced to use this company as another I was messaging my brother through no longer allows messaging and forwards you to their page. Unable to reach customer support. Now I am down to sending daily emails trying to start a document record. Looking at other reviews and their current rating, it is no surprise that their website is garbage and they seemingly have no customer **********************.

      This company has the worst website to add calling funds to for collect calls trust account. Every time I try to add more funds onto the account the transaction does not go through. It states my billing address is wrong which it is not. I have called my bank for the card and everything is correct. There's available funds to use the card. I call securus and they say it's a bank problem. This company dominates the collect calling industry but they won't help you add funds to your account when the glitch is with them. Without this account I am unable to talk to my loved one at the facility they are located at because that facility only uses Securus. It's very disappointing that Securus just blows me off and doesn't care about my issue. Hopefully I can find another way to be able to talk to my family member. It's sad there seems to be no solution.

      CT DOC is supposed to have free phone calls and inmates and customers are supposed to get free stamps so that we are able to communicate through email. It's been well over two months and I have yet to receive any stamps. Every time I email or call Securus, they say "it's a known issue we're working on", well how long do you need to work on it ? It's been months now. And my loved one he's been getting stamps with no problem but for August he hasn't received anything at all. Securus needs to get it together. This is honestly aggravating. It's an issue they're working on and if I need help with anything else ? That's all they say.

      I have had an account for years and now when try to log in I get "Error: you have entered an invalid username and password. Please try again." I get this error on multiple devices. I tried requesting a new password and it says email not found. I called the company but could not get to a real person so I sent an email. It has been 4 days and I have not had a response from them yet.

      My husband has tried to get them to respond to trouble tickets he has put in due to not being able to view pictures that I have PAID to send him. The pictures have been approved but do not load on either the kiosk or the tablet. The trouble tickets keep getting auto closed due to 'inactivity'. The inactivity is on SECURUS' end NOT his. They will respond to the ticket asking for 'more information and my husband will respond back. Then it will sit there for a week and auto close. I tried to call Securus to get this resolved; however, they would not take any of the information. Instead, they kept telling me it was on the facility to 'approve or deny' pictures. These pictures HAVE BEEN APPROVED!!! The issue is a technical issue that the facility does not have the means to address. It is the Securus/Unity program that is the issue. But Securus is not dealing with their own products' issues!!
