      Had a CS agent just raise her voice at me and then said she's ending the call and just hung up on me! I have been trying to resolve issues that their app and their website have been giving me issues with for days now. They are not completely transparent when it comes to extra charges when trying to add funds to my account. No one can resolve any of my issues but have no issues taking my payment only if it's in the ways where you have to pay, to pay! If that makes sense. They took my money, and then I get yelled at and hung up on?! I had to pay an extra $6 to add the money when it shouldn't cost anything when paying with a credit or debit card, which they are telling me I am not allowed to do, but the app, website, and customer ********************** automated prompt selections all give the option to pay with card to have no fee! I feel they are just trying to make money off of the money they are already making! I have payed with a card before and now all of a sudden "it's not an option" through their app and website, but was able to use a card to pay at a western union because I feel like they're forcing that route to obtain the "fee" it costs to use western union or money gram. I've never had an issue before just adding my card to my account, and then just using my card on my app to add funds with no fee added! Customer ********************** does not hang up on people just because they cannot provide a resolution to the problem when I'm stating that ALL access portals give the option to pay with card directly to my account but will not give the option to choose what type of card it is ****** MasterCard,etc) like there's a glitch. It accepts my card info though...please help! I shouldn't have to pay an extra fee, when there's an option to add funds without a fee!

      A business that unfairly treats and profits off of incarcerated individuals and their families and charges for services that are not authorized. Customer ********************** representative was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional I have been hung up on mid-sentence while respectfully asking for clarification on billing or for assistance. It's rare to even be able to speak to a representative and the supervisor refuses to answers calls.

      Securest is a joke of a company. They do not provide what they say. Theyre going to in any way shape or form at any point in time they will take your money, not give it back nor does their things work.

      this company is a total scam. anything they tell you is a lie!! the whole business is a grift. I've called over 30 times and been told at least 15 times a manager is going to call me back. one has EVER called me back. they are not going to help you. i advise to write a letter to corporate headquarters every day for a month.

      This company will rip you off and violate your rights. Been trying to get a phone list updated for over two weeks. A simple task. They are purposely withholding the individuals ability to communicate simply out of spite because I reported them to the **** If you put money on an account, and decide to close the account, they keep your money. Wont refund it, they will just steal it from you. These people belong in prison too.

      Have been charged for calls that last only 5 minutes and $3 to $5 is charged for calls that are dropped or no sound . Text isn't working I've waited a week can't get refunded . Unreal this business is a fraud and taking money for services they can't even provide properly. I've called and emailed also to get absolutely nowhere . Extremely disappointed in this company and how they handle paying customers. No response to email and problem still hasn't been resolved.For the money they charged the should have technicians that actually work to fix issues

      They block you account and then lie to you about why it is blocked. I called 4 separate times for a reason for the block and received 4 different answers to why ALL my credit cards supposedly have an issue. The real reason is is to get you to use Moneygram (their affiliate) so then you get to pay the fees to Moneygram AND Securus. I was also told that their 3rd party payment processing Vendor blocked my cards, I asked who they were and was told "I can't tell you that" Seriously?

      I have several fraudulent charges on my credit card that was made to Securus. *** tried to reach out to secure several times and can never speak to a live agent have been in contact with my bank Have you emailed security several times to get this matter resolved and have not heard anything back they are very fraudulent company
