      Has to be the worse provider for inmate calls. Messages are late being delivered and received.It takes 2 to 4 days to receive communication from my love one. It's ridiculous. Your charged for messages not received,and not denied. There's no support for emessaging at the facility or online chat support.

      They not adding phone numbers to inmates account. ********************** wont answer phone. Been on hold over 3 hours. Prison sent my approved phone number to Securus 1 month ago & they have never uploaded my number. Other inmates have waited over a ***************************** isnt adding inmates families phone number to their list. No family contact. Prison says they scanned list to Securus. No answers & I dont know who to report them to or what can be done about this.

      I called today, April 15, 2023 to discuss an issue where my son has not been assigned a table. The representative insisted that I pay for the table, despite the TDCJ unit and website stating that the tablet is of no charge - https://www.tdcj.texas.gov/news/tablet_program.html. After sharing the info from the website, the representative hung up.
      I called back to ask for her supervisor, and the supervisor was more rude than the representative. To create a narrative to justify her threats to disconnect the call, she accused me of hollering and screaming" at her, when I spoke to her very calmly to ask for help. My son is able to call and write, so not having a tablet is not life threatening, so I was not upset about the situation, just asking for clarification and/or the next steps to move the process forward.
      The representatives and supervisors at Securus (that I spoke to today) are so ridiculously rude, apathetic, unprofessional that it's pathetic.
      I truly hope that with enough complaints, the TDCJ will contract with another company who's adequately capable of servicing the public professionally and respectfully.

      They charged my card twice on cash app and once on my bank card , my bank paid me back but securus still hasn't refunded me on cash app or my bank card and this was 21 days ago today a total of 159$ now my 9month old can't talk to his father until I save up some more money this is ridiculous

      If anybody here would like to join me in a class action lawsuit against Securus Technologies, please respond to this review. They've taken money from me without providing a service and told me that it's their policy. Policy or not, it's against the law for them to take money without providing a service. They have many contracts with county and state governments across the country and they're still doing this. Let's go after them legally.

      Securus Technologies is not legitimate business. They have weaponized the family’s incarcerated loved one against them to separate them from their money. I created an account for $50.00 plus an extra $3.00 for their site maintenance. Never got the benefit of one transaction and my account is ZERO!

      It is great when it works! It keeps telling me that the inmate I am trying to write to is not active at the facility but when i look him up it gives a different facility name than what was saved into my contacts. It is the same jail but at some point the words got changed. And there is absolutely no way of contacting an actual human being by phone or online. It is all automated. This is very frustrating and should be an easy fix but they give no options for emessaging issues when you call and online it says you have to call for anything like that.

      For the past two weeks my calls to my loved one have been cut off without warning at 16 & 17 minutes, but Im still charged the full price for the call. My loved one has a tablet I can reach him on & lately it says that he cant be located. Then he has to call several times to get through or after listening to the prompts & pressing 1 it doesnt go through either. Theres no way to actually get mine or anyone elses issues resolved because the customer support is useless.
