      We had a horrible experience at this Motel 6 the pictures on the website dont look like room we were given. Hole on the wall, water on the bed because water leakage and bathroom leak at the top. I would not recommend the Motel 6. Front desk cant even get a hold of the manager.

      First of all, you do not regret what happened to us and your satisfaction was not important because your manager never showed up. You need new management. No one should go to this Motel 6 on Gateway. We arrived on Thursday and we called in the day before and someone at the front desk told my sister that we could get into the room just little bit early and that did not happen. We came in and had to wait for 25 mins for ***** to finish cleaning the room. We got in to the room and there was hole in the wall where the door was, you know the door **** stopper. Okay so I went out and asked ***** to come take a look so she didnt think that we did the damage. She said that they were aware that someone else did it maintenance was going to repair it. She left and we noticed that there was no towels and the room was not as clean as it should be. So i went to get some towels and they said the towels were washing. ***. I had to come back later to get towels. Later on that evening we came back and I seen some shady people outside. We use the key to get in and the door would not unlock so my niece was waving some person through the door window to let us in. So as we are walking down the hall I noticed some guy place a stick at the bottom of the door to keep it open and all night we heard people coming in and out.I couldnt sleep cause some drunk people above us was making so much noise and I thought my car was going to be stolen. Anyways we got some sleep even though one eye was open. So we got up, got ready thinking about having some breakfast and come to find out they serve coffee only. It said on there website continental breakfast but I guess not. We should of went upstairs cause someone was cooking in one of the rooms. Maybe they could of served us some breakfast. Anyways, we took off to ***** where they have the best mexican food and headed out to the outlet mall.We hung out with our dad waiting to watch the ******* fight with **** ***** and **** the snake. We ended up calling a night cause we tired of waiting for the fight. Never again with ******* it wad horrible and waste if time. We headed back to Motel 6 and low and behold, walked into the room and my niece said hurry *** open the door I have to use the restroom and she walked into the bathroom and water came from the ceiling, water on the toilet seat and on the floor. We were so tired and my sister was ****** off, she said H*** No. I grabbed my duffle bag to change cause I was tired and placed it on the bed and I noticed a yellow wet circle, I looked up and water had come from the ceiling. I had taken my shoes off and walked out and I stepped on the carpet outside the door and the carpet was soaked with water. I have pictures to prove it. I went to the front desk and there was ******. I told him everything and he came to inspect and he took pictures and apologized. We told him to give us a refund cause we didnt want to stay. He said he couldnt give us a refund but that he could give another room that had no ac or heater. We said no thanks. We asked to speak to a manager but no manager on site. I spoke to **** the maintenance guy, showed him the condition of the room. I spoke to ******* in the morning. He was aware of eveything in room 119. ******* said no refund that we would could speak the manager ** she ever shows up Ms ***** or ***** never showed up. I dont blame the employees but i blame the management. This Motel 6 definitely needs an over haul. What a disappointment. See the pictures attached and give my sister her money. And whoever rellys back from Motel 6 Dont even bother to say you are sorry cause I know you are not. Your apology is not accepted. A full refunded would be greatly appreciated. One last thing the pictures of your Motel 6 is not what it looks like. We were suppose to check out on Sunday morning, but we left Saturday at 11am.Ask *******!

      I have checked into the Studio 6 in ********. I would like to share with you the quality of my room. In the bathroom there is a FACE MASK left by a previous guest who stayed in the the room prior to my stay keeping a leak covered in the shower. there is a window in the bathroom that is broken (upon checking out of the hotel the person at the front desk advised that they knew the room was like this prior to me checking into the stay). In a drawer there is something left from a previous guest (a device that is something that is purchased in a store only of adult nature) The main window in the room the curtain is being left up with a string and screws. In the vanity area there is stuff left from previous guests and under the sink it has not been cleaned looked like to be mold. It is amazing that rooms are not cleaned fully and repairs are not kept up with for the status of the hotel to be fully operable. it is 2024, I am sorry especially with COVID-19 a face mask (FACE MASK) idk if it was used or not prior to someone who was not me put the face mask in the shower to repair the plumbing of a business that has been in operation for idk how long. My reservation was for 3 days. Upon check out it did not seem like the person at the front desk was concerned with any health concerns that may have come from a face mask that is holding up plumbing from a guest who stayed in that hotel room prior to my arrival and who knows how long it was left there that the housekeeping department would not even remove the face mask.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I stay at motel 6 *******, *****. There policy is you have to leave for 24 hours after you have stayed for 28 days. Im technically homeless and have 5 lizards so I have ALOT of stuff and cant just move on a whim. They knew all this. I was also borrowing my brothers car and got into s terrible car accident 2 weeks prior. Everyone who works there knew of the lizards and the car. I call at 2:00 pm on Friday to let them know I was in my way jn to pay. The front desk tells me that I need to leave right then for my 24 hours I cant do that. Mind you Im trying to bust my a** working on top of it as Im single with no help. So I go there no one will speak to me to tell me whats going on Im treated like I did something wrong (mind you I never spent 1 night in the bed there I sleep in my car I rent it for my lizards so they dont die but Im always working. I grab what I can Friday. Sat starting 6:00am-4:00am I called and showed up countless times to speak to the ** ******. She avoids me and my phone calls. I get more stuff and my lizards but not there cages. I go back Sunday let them know Im in and out will grab the other car later and more of stuff ( I had put ALL my clothes and my lizards heater lamps in the car along with a bunch of other stuff it was jammed packed full. I come back later they towed the car. Send security out to tell me. Its not even my car its my brothers who already ****** at me for the accident. I freak out hyper ventilating 911 has to be called to calm me down. File complaint Monday with motel 6 corporate who promise me they are looking into it and taking it seriously. I have followed up everyday cuz no one follow up. Im the one in the same clothes since Monday all my clothes got towed. My lizard are dying I cant afford 5 more $100 heat lamps. I get the same stupid answer someone will get in touch. This isnt acceptable when motel 6 is soley responsible for this mistake and are doing nothing. They are a joke.

      This was a totally unacceptable stay !! The room was not as specified from the reservationist! I would not ever recommend this place for anyone to stay ! I was charged for a room with a fridge and microwave and it didnt have it which was needed for medications , then still charged the same price when they couldnt appoint that kind of room , guest service was horrible!! Ill also be filing a complaint with the BBB I was also charged three different prices for each night stayed then needed to stay another day due to having girls with disabilities and they rented our room out even though we tried to pay for another night the night before !! I will never stay here again and only stayed because we had to due to the hurricane in *******!! We were lied to stolen from and the places is disgusting and unsanitary all of the blankets had burn holes on them, and the sheets were stained absolutely nasty !! I cant even believe that this place can still be up and running. They shouldve been shut down.

      Very sketchy place. The homeless are all over the grounds, all hours of the day and night. Cant go outside alone because the homeless are asking for things as well as asking of you want to buy drugs. The hotel rooms are rundown, dirty, and stink. They dont clean your room unless you ask several times for it to be done. The room keys stop working just about everytime you leave your room so you have to have it rescanned several times a day. The crack under the door is allowing ants to come into your room. The dirt in the room is unbelievable, dirty faucet ( with dirty fingerprints all over it) the tv doesnt work half the time. I had to leave a one star but they deserve a -10 star. Disappointing and a total waste of money and time as the owners will not refund any monies.

      I made a reservation in January and was unable to come due to me testing positive for COVID. I called the front desk to let them know and was informed I would be charged the full price since it was too late to rent the room to someone else (it was 7pm at night but ok). I understood and agreed and was charged the full amount. No problem. Fast forward to September 13th. I reserved a room again and the day of check in, my room was canceled with no call being made to me which left me temporarily stranded until i found another room last minute. I asked what the issue was and was informed I was placed on a Do Not Rent list but no one had a reason why and only the manager could address it, so my guess is I'm being punished for having COVID and not showing up to spread it even though I communicated to the front desk and paid full price for the room. I've been trying to reach a manager since September 13th but the front desk staff always say he's not at work and to call another time.. I've also escalated my experience to customer care and haven't received a response from anyone at Motel 6 even though the customer care representative said that I would on more than 1 occasion. I called the site today, as instructed by the last front desk clerk I spoke with previously, and was told by a male front desk clerk, "I'm not telling my manager anything about your call. Stop calling us. We don't owe you an explanation and you're not welcomed here. Find somewhere else to stay." Then he hung up in my face. I've stayed at this location several times over the last 3 years with no incident because of the convenience, despite the homeless, pimps, drug dealers addicts, and prostitution taking over the property. I have NEVER experienced the rudeness, disregard, and disrespect that I endured today. All because I wanted a definitive reason why I was placed on their Do Not Rent list. I'm going to take my business elsewhere like the Motel 6 staff instructed, and you should too.

      Horrible bed bugs ! Very disappointed ! Zero stars . I stayed in Motel 6 in *******, ** . I reported the bed bugs to the receptionist at Motel 6 desk. They werent concerned, we asked her to tell the current occupant to no avail. They said there internet was down and they only accepted cash payment and no refunds. As a matter of fact a lot of the motels in *******,** offer no refunds. That makes me wonder if they have bed bugs too. The other businesses we went to were accepting credit cards .
