      They charged us $150 for ONE bottom sheet because an occupant accidently started her period. The charge was unfair and discriminatory.

      Motel 6 should really be looked into as a whole business entity. It has always been cheaper lodging, but as of late has degenerated into sub par, unhealthy environments. And the policy of "well-behaved pets always welcome" has been comprimised, from property to ************** to day. There are only one or two Motel 6's I've ever stayed at which have been semi-decent. Still, wherever you may be, the floors are ALWAYS filthy; spill some water & when you go to wipe it up, the paper towel comes up black! So sickening. Putting in hard floors was a great idea for pet stays, but pets are no longer always welcome, & there must be a "no mop floor" policy. Also, the beds are almost always filthy, broken old box springs. Prices keep going up, while the quality has diminished. For the amount of money charged for a room, you'd think they could afford the price of a decent bed, a couple of mops and to pay someone to mop the floors once in a while, even once a month!!? I travel with my pets & that is the only reason I would ever choose this establishment. I always clean up after *********** pets, wipe everything down with ************** before even bringing my stuff in, & I still ALWAYS leave a tip for the housekeeper. But I will no longer be patronizing this motel chain, on account of the consistently unsanitary conditions & the wishy washy pet policy. The front ****************** desk is as unaccountable as the rest of the place. I realize that Motel 6 is currently owned by **********, a virtually untouchable company. They obviously don't care who they franchise out to. Still, this Motel chain should be looked into, if there are any "regulators" left in this world, anyone who cares. If this business can't be looked into as a whole from the top levels, then start with Motel 6 Sparks, ******. All of the aforementioned conditions apply; plus, the walkways are full of ************* broken locks & flimsy doors, accounts of bed bugs & the buildings & grounds looking like a war zone.

      Got jacked 220 dollars for having cigarettes butts in my trash can. I smoke outside and put my butts in a trash can where they belong. They accused us of smoking in my room and was not. I came from out of state to see my kids and grandkids they won't let no one swim, no ice, no nothing! They called my husband to the desk up front to tell him to leave and they keep our 100$ deposit because of it. They are not accredited to the BBB. The other stupid thing is they charged 10$ to go to our room 30 minutes early! My question is why have all the tables and chairs at the front if you can't sit and visit my family. Something has to change all our motels are ran by other countries and get away with anything tax-free!I am a grown ************************************************************************************************ A TRASH CAN!!! I know the only good reviews are paid to say that so please let the truth be known that make sure you have a extra 100 deposit on top of 335$ for 5 days of a room and only got 3 days and lost a hundred dollars they are SCAMMER IN SILENT.

      They put me in a room that didn't have working shower, tv. Or fridge, for 3 days Refused to move me rooms and then tried to charge me extra days, and stole my property. Which included my phone and important cards, along with property from my late father that I had.They won't give me anything back, and I don't know what to do.But this place is terrible.

      I recently stayed (8/2-8/4/2024) at the ******* located at ******************************************************************************. I had an initial issue because I requested a first floor room due to stairs issues for my senior dog. I was given a second floor room when I got there. It stated the motel was "pet friendly", but clearly is not. I was charged an additional $100 BEFORE the room was inspected at check out. The manager clearly had made up his mind that the room was damaged by my 2 dogs before we went up to the room. He said there was pet urine on the floor (it was water from the pet dish), fur on the bed, (my dogs had their own pet bed and did not sleep on the bed), and there were scratches near the door (which clearly could have been there before our stay.) I have contacted the guest relations department, and asked my complaint to be forwarded to the **** *******************************. I have requested the $100 refund, and consider that the manager be let go. This was a total lack of good customer service. The manager was raising his voice to me because I walked out of the room while he was ranting. He also said people complained that my dogs were barking. REALLY? If this is a so-called "pet-friendly" motel, DOGS BARK! After this experience, I will never stay at a Motel 6 again. Clearly this was a scam to charge more to the guest, possibly because of my AARP discount I received. In the future I will definitely be choosing a different hotel, and recommend anyone else do the same!

      Would give zero if I could I talk to someone named ***** from the management team saying that the ****** Motel 6 is a franchise. I dont know what theyre talking about . The The general manager there said he is killing people. I had multiple issues with the different rooms that they had to move me to because of either mold or lights that would not turn off and they will not give me my money back. It was a three day stay theres something wrong with Motel 6 now I hope they get closed down

      Reserved a handicapped room on 7/2/24. Arrived on 7/4/24, and told handicapped room was just rented that day, and they only had 1 handicapped room. I asked if it was available for the next night, very rude young man said yes, but $94.00. I had paid at time of booking on their website, and chose the *** R I SHOWER. Yet I am told it's "not his fault, it's mine. I should have put in message that I requested the handicapped room. Showed my reservation with *** R I SHOWER, he had NO IDEA what it meant. Called the owner, who wasn't willing to do anything, other than refund for handicapped room . We. had also reserved 2 additional rooms for family meeting us there. At this point, now July 4th weekend, we were at a great disadvantage, trying to find not one, but 3 rooms. Very very poor customer service, or lack there of, with no attempt to rectify. ****** displayed shows owner completed successfully Motel 6 owner/operator training program two years prior. Suggesting Motel 6 (G6) subscribes to the tourist driven economy, much like *********. (ie: s**** the tourists). ***************** where have you gone, this is the absolute poorest Motel 6 we've come across, with no initiative to change.

      Worst motel ever. ***************** needs to know that Motel 6 DOES NOT leave the light on anymore.My sister reserved a room for 4 nights for family coming in from out of town. The reservation was in my nephew's name but my sister paid for the room. We told the Motel 6 in ******, ** that they would be in late between miidnight and 2 a.m. when my nephew arrived he couldn't get ahold of my sister ex i he called me after 1 a.m. We were asleep. He told us the employee would not check him in. She needed my sister's id. He put us on speaker and I tried to tell her we were 20 miles away. My sister is a dialysis patient and had just finish dialysis and didn't feel good. The employee didn't care and would not listen. We drove 20 miles north to ******. When we got there the employee told us through the window that she wasn't going to deal with us. She said we should Lane or she is calling the police. We told her to go ahead. My sister found another reservation for four nights in ****** and we took my nephew, his wife, and three small children there. Never again will we use Motel 6.

      In regards to the Motel 6 West in ************* *********Absolutely horrible place to start if you're in *************. Low life scum drug dealers living in rooms full time. People pounding on their doors 24 hours a day. Pot plants growing in the windows, smoke coming in you're room through the walls and bathroom vents. People throwing cigarette butts off the balcony into the bed of our truck. People doing auto repairs in the parking lots. Lights go out on you when your in the bathroom, hair dryer doesn't work. And let's not even talk about how filthy the floors are. Take a shower and by the time you walk to the bed or chair to get your shoes on your feet are black and dirty again. NO COLD water from the faucet to water your dogs. They have very warm and hot but no cold. We said no maid service during our stay, yet they let themselves in our room everyday. And the icing on the cake was Everytime we came back from somewhere our keys did not work and we had to stand outside in over 100 degree temps with our dog's while one of us had to run to the other side of the building to get new keys made. This was honestly the absolute worst experience we've ever had at a motel/hotel. Disgusting, UNSAFE, & extremely poorly managed. Multiple times during our 5 night stay the cops and ambulance arrived to haul people away. NEVER AGAIN. Spend the extra money and get a nice hotel.

      I made two reservations for the ************************************* in **************, ** (244 **-****************************). I made the reservations several days prior to our planned stays, putting our card on file, and choosing the "pay upon arrival" option. In the confirmation email, it states that we guaranteed our booking. We entered our approximate arrival time, which would have been around 11:00 p.m. On the day of our reservation, we received a call from the motel around 8:00 p.m., confirming that we would still be arriving. When we arrived at the location, we were told that our rooms were given to other guests and that there was no availability. The receptionist was very rude and refused to try to make right of the situation. She used the excuse that the card on file was declined when it was charged at 7:00 p.m., with no mention of this in our confirmation call. Again, we were given the option via Booking.com to pay upon arrival, in which an authorized payment would have been accepted. This left us stranded, hours away from home. The receptionist would not help us find a nearby hotel, stated her manager was asleep, and laughed at our situation. There was no availability from any hotels. We were left without a place to sleep with young children.
