    Ordered a Blue Kintsugi Dish on 03/04/24. Was charged. Never received the item nor did I ever receive any responses to my emails send to their support. This company is a scam and is now doing business on **** as well.

    Hello, we are not sure why this customer is saying this as we are currently communicating with them over email, we have been having issues with our website and have refunded their order so and offered to process their order at our Etsy shop with an added 20% off discount for the trouble. We have been trying to help in good faith and do not appreciate these untrue allegations.

    My experience is the same as well. I followed one of the other reviewers ideas and contacted the seller on Etsy. I received an automated response which included verbiage stating if my order had not shipped to please contact them for information. I responded on **** only to see the message seller has blocked this recipient. I will post on Etsy that this seller is a thief.

    I want to reiterate what the other reviews have said. This business will take your money and never ship your product. I ordered a piece of pottery in June, and still have not received in November. Emails to the business go unanswered.

    Oh, how I wish that I had read these reviews BEFORE placing an order! I still haven't received my order despite numerous communications, and it has been five weeks.Now. I will need to file a dispute with my bank, to try to recover my money.

    This company is owned by a thief and a liar. I ordered a vase for Mother's Day with ample time. I never received any correspondence beyond my original order despite numerous inquiries.After filing a claim with my credit card company -- he provided to the company a phony tracking number (mind you I never received any notification my item was shipping after the dispute was filed) which upon review -- did not go to my home and oddly was shipped from ************** despite the company being located in *****.Throughout this entire process I never received any contact at all through the vendor. I have never in my life file a dispute nor received such terrible service. Taking people's money without providing the requested service is thievery. DO NOT ever buy anything from this company.

    Placed an order through the company website on August 26 for delivery within 5-8 business days. Charges for the order posted to my bank account on August 28. As of September 13, the merchant has not acknowledged the order or responded to multiple attempts to contact via email and phone number listed on the website. I messaged the owner, ******************* via the companys Etsy shop, and he responded with a vague message that they cant see orders from the website on Etsy - nothing about intent to address the situation. He did not reply to further inquiries. At best, this is a grievously mismanaged retail business in violation of FTC rules.

    Zero stars isn't an option!I'm having the same issues that described in other complaints. There needs to be action taken against this company (or whatever it is)!!!!!! They don't respond to emails, the voicemail is always full and nobody ever answers the phone.
