Concern for **** website. Purchased Aug 19, 2024. Purchase made through kintsugigenerations website for total purchase *** of $88.77. Item was a blue porcelain Kintsugi Bowl. Item paid in full and never received. Item never shipped based on review of app. Company not responsive to email or through online comment box. I purchased a bowl on Kintsugi Generations on 5/13/24, the item has stated unfulfilled since that first day. I then began to use the chat function a week later when I had not received another email. Then I started using every option available to reach out to the company to check the status of my order. It still states unfulfilled as of 7/22/24. I reached out to Afterpay since this was what was used to pay for the bowl. They are not able to assist me because they only make payments. They have set up a dispute but the company has not responded. My credit card company will not do anything to help either, because they say they cannot do anything about Afterpay. They have only told me to continue to reach out to Kintsugi Generations. I would like to receive the bowl that I purchased or at the very least a refund. I believe this company may be a fraudulent website. I just want to let others know so they are not taken advantage of and lose their money. This company has its own website and is also on Etsy. I am filing this complaint as a last resort in order to try to either get the merchandise I ordered or a full refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased two items from their website. I received a message that the order was received and my credit card was charged. That was back in March. I have since emailed and left voice messages and have heard nothing. I found their store on Etsy, tried messaging them there and sent proof of my purchase but now theyve blocked me on Etsy. I ordered a product from this website on 02/02/2024. On that same day, I realized the address I wanted to send it to was incorrect. I had emailed regarding this and asked if they could switch the address, no response. A few days later, I emailed again regarding the address, no response. On 03/08/2024 I went on their website and attempted to chat through their online help. It started with a message saying to reach out another time because they had a high call volume. I tried calling the number on their website which seems to be just a cell phone number so when I started to text it, they responded once and then blocked my number after. They finally answered through the online chat and told me it was being delivered on their time. At this point, I didnt even tell them about the address change, I just wanted my order. It is now 03/26/2024 and I have they to receive my purchase. I purchased a Kintsugi Bowl as a wedding gift for a friend that cost $46.80 but now with the months passing by, how would I even give her this gift? I havent even received it. They dont care to resolve your problem or tell you much about where your order is. Were about to go on 2 months waiting on a little bowl and still nothing.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Kintsugi Generations on 1/27/24. My order was for one item, a small bowl that cost $46. I never received my item. No shipping or tracking had been provided. I have outreached the company by email and through their website at least 5 times and have received no response. All I've asked is that they give me an update on when my order will ship. I ordered a Kitsugi ******** tea cup for $58 + tax on order #****, 2 Feb. **** and the charge was debited to my credit card.I have not had any emails regarding delivery, and have checked on the Shop app which is supposed to provide tracking information., Shop app and the Kintsugi Generation website state order "unfulfilled".I have had no response to multiple emails sent over the last two weeks and no one ever answers the phone - goes straight to voice ail. I ordered a Kintsugi bowl on 12/8/23. All payments were made for the bowl ($58), The item never arrived and there was no response to my 2 emails and a phone message requesting updates on receiving the item. They have totallly ignored my requests about a shipping date. I have to assume they took my money without any thought about sending the product. I desire a refund. My complaint looks similar to others. My mistake was not in looking at your site prior to ordering.Thank you for your assistance.*********************
