    So far. My experience is the same as everyone else. Shipment promised, tracking number set up, but thats it. I called and left email. Got a lovely response, but still no order shipped. Its been a month. I have filed a complaint with PayPal and will file one with my credit card company shortly. **********

    I spent over $150 on a graduation gift for a loved one through their website. It never shipped to me. A year has passed - I WAS able to get someone on the phone, WAS able to speak to someone via the chat and WAS able to speak to someone through the ******** page.. all to no avail. No replacement was sent, no refund was given, and no follow up/explanation has been given. I bet I have reached out over 20 times through the past year, and was just blocked on ******** so I could not leave a negative review there. Very disappointing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

    I placed an order from Kintsugi Generations in June. It is two months later and i have yet to hear any update from them. I have tried reaching them by email and phone, without success. I'm extremely disappointed. I'll seek recourse through my credit union.

    Zero stars. Had to dispute this with my bank because they never sent the item I ordered. I tried to get in touch with the company and they sent me a generic tracking number that never shipped. This place is a total scam.

    My experience has been the same as others who have left reviews. I ordered a bowl 5/15/2023. I have sent multiple emails and made several calls requesting a full refund on my order as the piece has not arrived. I received one email response from the owner stating he would confirm that my order was lost in transit before refunding my money. I have received no other communication. I will not be ordering from this company again.

    Complete scam. After multiple attempts to get info on my order I finally got in touch with the owner who actually threatened to not give me a refund because I complained about terrible customer service, then when I said that one person named ******************* (the owner) had given me an unhelpful reply with no follow up, the person I was on with (likely ****) said they didnt know who he was.

    Same story as everyone else, the company took my order, but I never received the product. They will not answer any of my email or phone call attempts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It looks like they are simply stealing people's money.

    I ordered a bowl for my wife in March of 2023 and I still have not received it. I have emailed, called and left messages with no response. It appears this "business" has stolen my money.

    I placed an order with this company on 01/26 for a Birthday gift. When this order was placed, I got no notification that it would take over a month to receive my item. I sent multiple emails for stating my concern. I never received any responses, and two of the emails came back as undeliverable. After 30 business days of waiting and 40 if you count the weekends I had become fed up with the lack of communication and the lack of any update to my order itself. For this reason, I decided to try reaching out through their chat to see if the results would differ last night. However, due to the time it was sent, they were already closed. When I checked my email in the morning I had another response stating that my order was processing and would likely ship in the next 24 to 48 hours. Meaning it would be an additional day or two added. For this reason, I reached out through the chat again. I received no response from the business until I mentioned filing complaints due to them not filling my order, or giving me any idea as to why it was taking so long. Funny enough, I got an instant refund and response letting me know that they would not be able to meet my needs. When I informed them I would be filing a complaint because of their lack of response and handling of the situation. They responded by telling me that they typically take 15 to 20 days to fill and ship their product as they're a small business. I fully understand, my father owned a small business. That is not an excuse for the lack of communication, the unprofessionalism, and their inability to own their mistakes. Furthermore, their attempt to defend themselves with the 15 to 20 period is irrelevant, because they were still double that time frame at my point of reaching out. This is a business that clearly doesn't care about customer service or owning their short comings. I highly recommend against this company. They also told me they were cutting of contact due to threats. I said I was filing a complaint. Really?
