    This company is garbage they will not send me a printed copy of my calibrations and it takes them forever to get reports this company is trash and need to be shut down

    I am a new customer (since February **********, I regret using this company. The customer service for existing customers is non existant. I have an issue with my handset, when I took it in for calibration at ** Interlock I was told to contact LCI, to request a new handset, as there was a problem with calibration. That was 2 weeks ago, I am unable to get a hold of anyone at the company. I have sent 2 requests on their website, and I have called several times. Non of the options, when I call, help me resolve the issue or let me talk to anyone. At this point I just want the device removed, and would like to go to a different provider.

    I have had the device for a month. It keeps saying not registered my test. I want to avoid driving as much as I can because it takes me 3 or more tries to start car. I hope I only have this for a few months! I was even told I can take the handset inside - detach but Im in **********. I do t know now if its allowed! I dont know if its illegal. Phone calls take hours or days to be returned

    The ***************** is absolutely horrible, they say they have 24 hour phone answering service, no one answers. I call back during the day and still no answer, plus they don't call back . Put in Emergency through on line no answer. I'm going to lose my employment at this rate and who's going to pay them?

    Can never get a hold of someone when needed. Have been calling for 2 days about issues with interlock device. Left messages on phone to call back and emergency requests online and still haven't gotten a call back a day later. They use a third party vendor to install and calibrate and that place isn't helpful either. Needs to be a better way to contact and reach a real person when issues arise.

    This is the worst company in the world and is a total scam. There is no quality control at all with their customer service or their products. Please avoid this company at all cost. My car was locked due to a faulty recall and havent been able to get a hold of anyone for 3 days and when they did answer their support had an attitude and hung up on me. Still trying to get a hold of someone.

    I am trying to get this device removed from my vehicle and I cannot speak to anyone. I paid the amount needed to remove the device and then the website said there was an error and to call, But they still took my $175.00. I call and wait on hold 4+ hours and they never come to the line, I scheduled a call back and have not received any calls. This device constantly prevents my car from starting in the mornings which makes me late for work and my kids late to school,. They have no problem taking your money but when you need assistance they do not answer. There is no way to chat or email and calling does no good. The only department that answers the phone is Sales and they cant assist and transfer you. I dont know what to do to get this thing off my car. Someone please help.

    This machine has left me stranded multiple times and tech doesnt nothing but suggest taking it in for repairs! Purchased new battery was told I wld be reimbursed months ago NOTHING

    I've been trying to get my unit calibrated and all the shops say that lci came and took their machines. After 2.5 hours on hold my phone died so I tried again and the lady told me I would have to drive over 2 hours to get it done then hung up on me. They must be going out of business and now I'm without a car. Horrible company to work with. Nothing but problems.

    Ive had this device for over 2.5 years. I am done in 5 months. The first two years I had zero issues with the company or device especially with needing mechanic work, everything was always fine. Now that Im reaching the end point, the device is acting up tremendously, especially turning itself on when the car has been off in the middle of the night and my battery is drained the next morning. (Also got a new battery a month ago). Ive been calling and calling and calling no one picks up the phone. I dont have 4 hours to sit on hold. Its actually insane. I could buy a house faster. Its causing me and my boyfriend the most stress and anxiety with it being our ONLY car that now I had an appointment with a doctor to get on antidepressants because I cant live like this anymore. I feel like the longer you have the device and closer you are to removal the more they ignore you so you dont go to another company. I really hate you guys. Please do better.
