    They wont answer my calls after my car died in negative 36 degree wind chill and wont start back up.

    Only had the device 10 days. The service center for installation had my car over 8hrs. They could not reach customer service to ask a question to get the device installed. I had to call in to work. They were on hold over 3 hours. Today the 10th day submitted test and passed but car won't start. This is the second time I've had to call in to work. Have been waiting on customer service currently for 1 hour and 40 mins. Luckily I am at home. It's 4 degrees outside and snowing. Plus my information on my profile does not even show the device has been installed.

    This company is beyond terrible, they have locked my unit because it went passed calibration date. This is basically just to send the information to the company. A fee is normally applied and you can get back using your vehicle. The problem is the service technician stopped doin business with them because they are so bad at communicating and when I've called (corporate ) for a week straight to find another company, come to find out they are not in ******* anymore. So basically my car has been out of service for a week. I've lost so much work and I don't know what to do!!Very stressful. I wish I listened to ***************** guy he told me they were absolutely terrible and he's done with them.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They dont answer their phones when theres problems and choosing callback option is typically 8 to 10 hours later to get to talk with someone and every time they transfer you to a technician the process starts over again. They just run you in circles.

    THE WORST COMPANY. Please do not choose this company. If you are outsidestuck in your car for whatever reason, they will NOT answer. At one point I was on hold for 4 hours due to a technical issue and yet no one answer. What a gimmick because their hold message "we are here 24/7 and 365 days a year" that is absolute c*** That is not true at all. This company is a spam and probably has like one guy working in there. I have been asking to remove my device since 18 months are up and it is a nightmare to get a hold of them...It is not worth the stress. Please choose another company and learn from our mistakes. Do not choose lowcost interlock at ALL. Please aim for another company.I am from ******* and all of the service centers REFUSE to work with Lowcost Interlock. In the entire ******* area, there is only one service center available that serves these idiots. Thats how about the company is, the service center doesn't even want to work with this company. Lowcost will be soooooo attentive at first when you are getting your device installed, but its a big f*** you after that. I am fighting to get this device removed and I honestly think I will have to get legality involved.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I drive a brand new 2023 vehicle never had any issues with my vehicle up until getting the interlock replaced. It completely killed the original battery. Luckily that was covered under warranty. I had to have my vehicle towed. I did a compensation request form and sent the invoice to low-cost Interlock and did not receive compensation. The next month, which is now December right before Christmas, the interlock device randomly shuts off. It will tell me to test I go to test and it just turns off. I have videos of this luckily because Im afraid its going to show the *** that I was trying to tamper with the device or something. I sat on hold for an hour before hanging up and calling again to be put on a callback list. It has been seven hours since I made that request and have not been called back. I have not been able to drive my vehicle for two days. Its very taunting sitting on hold for hours and hearing our recording over and over and over again saying that you have people available 365 days of the year 24 hours a day when that is obviously not the case this is my third fourth issue with low-cost and it has become a huge inconvenience to my life

    Where should I start. Well my interlock got stolen so I ordered a replacement that replacement got delivered to the garage on November 2nd so I had to get it calibrated to even put it into my car. 3 weeks go by and its saying Im 20 days past service and that I need to take it to get serviced which made no sense since the next date was suppose to be December 24th. So I had to go get it recalibrated just for it to say I owe a payment and now have been on hold for 3 hours without no one to pick up. Then *** been trying to get my removal process going and they decide to take forever to send your stuff to penndot so that you have to pay for another month of service. This is by far the worst interlock company Ive encountered. ********************* !

    I have been calling since 11/28/23, attempting to upgrade by credit card information.I have been put on hold each time, without ever talking with anyone, except a sales rep.So today, 12/2/23, my car was locked out due to no payment.This company does not take customer service seriously.I would not recommend using this service.

    0 STARS-************ should not be in business, if that is what you even want to call them. They NEVER answer their phone. Imagine being locked out of YOUR VERY OWN CAR, that you own- YOUR PROPERTY because of THEIR faulty devices. Once my car would not start because I got an error message saying I missed my calibration date in ****. It's the year 2023- so obviously it was an electronical error. Do you think I was able to get a hold of anyone day of? I was finally able to connect with someone after SEVERAL hours on hold and days later. Then, they did not have a replacement at my service center so it had to be mailed- so they gave me codes to start my car- half of the time those didn't even work. Another time, I gave a passing sample- car still wouldn't start. The piece connected to my starter broke (this was the replacement I received). Once again NO ANSWER from this GOD AWFUL place for HOURS. I had to have my car TOWED to the service center to have it replaced once it was mailed there. Do you think Low Cost Interlock paid for the tow service or the rental car I had to get since this was a holiday weekend and my family and I had out of town plans for a family reunion? NO THEY DID NOT.They are all very RUDE, still blaming the ****** PANDEMIC" on staff shortages, and NEVER answer their phone which is a PRETTY big deal when it's extremely easy to get stranded with their crappy equipment- not to mention UNSAFE for females. Additionally, when it was time for removal- it took me over 10 DAYS to speak to anyone about initiating the removal. Mainly because they don't want it removed so they can keep charging you. Please take my very sound advice and STAY FAR away from this joke of a "company." Guaranteed it's ran by ****** and thieves who figured out a way to prey on people who are court ordered to have an interlock device. Very shady. Worst experience ever. Mental anguish comes with going with LOW COST INTERLOCK. They are the very WORST in the business.

    What a joke! They will not answer calls. If your device stops working you get no help. Locally they tell you to contact the company. Good luck. I waited on hold over 4 hours and got dropped! Stay away!
