      We came in Sunday March 23rd, music was so loud we had to leave. My husband's hearing aids were going off because the music was so loud. I have medical migraines. The manager *****, said there was something wrong with it, that she had a ticket on it and they still have not fixed it. We came in six months ago and music was still blearing. The music was so loud, my head started hurting real bad. Would you please call me at ************? We want to come back, but I need to talk to someone to see if this can be fixed or not. I would think you would want to keep all your customers. There is no receipt, we did not get to order, we left. The music was so loud we had to leave. I left a bit out, that is why I am sending you another e-mail. I tried to get ahold of several people on this matter. Called the complaint line, no one would answer phone. Only computerized prompts.       On July 11, 2024 I went to Chili's with a group of people. By accident, the waitress charged 3 of the orders on my ***** She apologized and said she would void the $99.00 transaction. Then she charged my $22.56 which was my order. I asked her or a copy of the void and she said they did not give void copies but assured me that she had voided it, I trusted her and assumed all was well. When I was reviewing my bank statement, I noticed it was never voided.I have called Chili's so many times and talked to many managers, and they all say that they will take care of it, I even tried to contact the district manger, my latest contact is Ebony the manager who says she is waiting for corporate, IT HAS BEEN TOO LONG! At this point I want a check or gift certificate from them.

      I visited the Chilis in ************, ** on 2/6/24 check # *******. Aside from having to wait 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge our table, once ****** finally came over, she didnt even greet us just asked what do yall want to drink. It took forever to get our food out, and she didnt get us refills until we called her over to ask. I was dining in with my mother and sister who both agreed and were extremely displeased with the service we received. Our food took forever to come out and me and my mother didnt feel comfortable enough to enjoy our food. Once I finished paying our bill on the tablet we were asked questions about our service, and I chose to answer them. ****** sees me doing this and comes over and passive aggressively asks are you leaving us a good review, girl?. To which I responded no, your service was very bad and youre rude, Im actually leaving a bad review. She proceeds to ask me to meet her outside indicating that she would like to fight me. I told her she was embarrassing to the establishment and asked her for a manager to which she replied I aint getting s*** go get them yourself. However I did not want to leave the offer in the air and I did let her know when I was leaving that she was more than welcome to meet me outside how she requested. She replied Im right here come do something I again told her how embarrassing she was and left. Completely ruined all 3 of our experience and lunch. I go to Chilis often and have never ever had an issue, granted I visit different locations. Will never return to this specific location, very ghetto.

      Went in for lunch was excessively loud asked to turn music down and server told us that corporate controls the volume and they arent allowed to turn it down. Server told us she gets 20 complaints a week about this and corporate refuses to do anything.

      1/26/2025 I place an order to be pick up, I paid for my order using mine debit bank card, when I arrive to pick up my order I was informed that the item I had requested and paid for they didnt have, so i request a refund and I was told it would take one or two days for the transaction to complete, its been five days and they been giving me the run around about my money. The total amount is $42.56

      My wife purchased a $50 gift card from the Chilis website in December and printed it out. We used the gift card and there was only $8 left on the card. We called the number on the gift certificate and it did not allow us to talk to a live person so we filled out the form email online. No one has responded to us from the email. The server at the *******, CA store helped us the best she could and referred us to call the number on the certificate.

      The service was so poor. I was trying to get in touch with the location and the corporate. Our food was cold, the lettuce in the salad wasn&#**;t fresh, my daughter&#**;s steak was burnt, the burger was greasy, hi coffee was cold. The server was not professional in the least, he never introduced himself and the other workers were cutting it up in the bathroom or near the front. We gave a lot of complaints but did not try to rectify the situation other than offering replacement food, which we did not want. The meal was ******. ********************************************** is the location.

      Purchased a $50 gift card, gave to my daughter only to be told a the restaurant that it needs to be activated. I have reached out to the company numerous times with no response. Phone number has a message that says currently unavailable.I would like a new gift card issued or a refund.

      I placed an order online on December 29th, 2024 and paid for the order. I received a text saying that they would text me when the order was ready. I didn't receive a text so I went inside to pick up the order at the estimated time of completion and the food was cold. The cashier was rude so I asked for a manager. The manager offered to replace the order with fresh food but they placed the same food in the bag. When I asked for cancel the order and get a refund they told me that it takes 5 to 7 business days to retrieve a refund and I still have not received a refund and I can't reach anyone in the corporate office to follow up on the refund. This was the Chili's Restaurant on Broadway in ********, *****. The service was absolutely horrible

      Placed an online order, food was ill prepared and cold. Asked to cancel order and reorder fresh food ended having to pay double for the order. Was told that they couldn't refund what I already paid for 5 to 7 business days from December 29th and I still have not received my refund

      Complete dissatisfaction with the service received. Add Chili's location in ******, *******. The drink ordered was not given in a glass. As represented by the advertisement on the tables, there was a special souvenir straw that was offered and not given the drink was left sitting on the table until we could get the attention of the waitress to exchange the drink and put it in a proper glass. She did not advise us until we spoke with her about. Well, it can be put in any class which was condescending, and we don't have any straws and haven't had any of them for 2weeks, which also was condescending. The wait for our food was very long. It was very cold in the restaurant and uncomfortable. We had to wear jackets. The service was terrible.I can't sit here and say, no more. It was just an awful experience.
