      I injured my back in Mid June while moving fry boxes out of the freezer, but i was never sure if a proper incident report was filed despite the fact I inquired about it to the management. On July 10th after some light exertion I was in severe pain and had to see the doctor once again. When I contacted my General Manager, Kat, she said, exact quote "Well you are off the schedule until I see another doctors note, and im following that with a termination." However she told several co workers my employment was terminated because "i cant stop getting hurt." Unsure if this was the truth or just hearsay, I asked when picking up my pay check, and the manager Kyle confirmed i was terminated due to injury

      I am livid that your company practice in an unethical manner. I am not happy that I wasted my time, gas and money commuting to your establishment for thr cook to give me burnt southwestern eggrolls that I craved and came 30 minutes out of my way to get. I was advised almost a month ago that I would receive a gift certificate to rectify the situation, called last week after not receiving it ro be told the same thing and still haven't received reimbursement.

      Went to Chilli's in Canon City to pick up an order for a customer. I deliver for DoorDash. On Saturday 7/16/2022, The order came with 3 larger drinks. THe Waitress stated that they would not give me a carrier for the drinks because there manager stated they do not give carriers to DD. She gave me one any ways. On Monday 7/18/2022 I went to pick up an order and again there was 2 large drinks. This time the waitress stated she would not give me a carrier. I asked for the manager. Brian O***** came out stating that I need to get a carrier from Door Dash. I explained that I waws mearly a delivery driver for his customers. He said he did not care and that I need to get it from Door Dash. This is horrible Customer service.

      Hello I'm ******* and I'm transgender. Why does that matter? Well it shouldn't but I over heard my bartender ** and another employee from my seat at the bar in the kitchen making transphobic and anti ya comments. As well as making gunshot sounds yelling "I'll knock you out boy!" Yelling "wig or no wig riddle me that and making loud clapping sounds their staff is unprofessional and to feel like I couldn't even finish my meal there because of the disgusting comments these employees were making about me needs investigated and the parties involved reprimanded! Awful disgusting and hurtful behavior zero stars for the bartender beiing a minority herself shouldn't be clapping at LGBT people.
