April 6th around 10:25pm I ordered 3 for me chicken strips with an appetizer (baked potato ***** *** added an extra one. When I usually order from here the food is always good however this time eating from here I so happen to get FOOD POISONING!!! Ive been sick for almost 2 weeks .. constantly throwing up & using the restroom. An hour after eating I felt faint .. I dont know what kind of contamination Chilis has going on but CDC needs to go check it out. Just imagine how many others received food poisoning that night.Business Response

On March 26 at 12:40 pm my car was towed from Chili's on ********** by ********************** and Towing. I parked my car about 12:20pm I did not notice any signs indicating that your car would be towed. About 1:40 pm when I got back to where I was parked my 1st thought is that my car had been stolen. As I was walking to the front entry of the Chili is when I saw a signed in the middle of two palm trees and flowered bed. the sign was turned facing the front entry of the lot, however I did not enter the lot from that direction. But I still feel that even that sign was very noticeable because of where it's at. I did go inside and speak to a manager, but the only thing she said was that ***** did not own the lot. I did mention to her that it must be a racket going go with Chili and the ************** to make money, because as many parking spaces as Chili's has. there should be sign facing the parking spaces so that people like myself would know not to park there like all the other restaurant close by. ******* have several signs indicating you would be towed if you was not going to be eating there. After waiting for my husband to pick me up I did notice a record driver parked facing Chili and a person in the parking area of the lots talking to each other in which I believe that they are towing people cars off as soon as people leave their vehicle knowing that people was not going to see the sign in the flower bed. When I went to get my car there was several people getting their cars as well and I ask them where did they park and they said Chili's. So you have to ask, who in their right mind will park in a lot that says that your car will be towed in you are not eating at the restaurant. I wouldn't have!!! Chili on ********** has to be running a racket with **********************. If not, they should put more signs to let people know that you are going to be towed. This cost me $284 to get my car that was only parked for 1hr and would have been avoided if Chili's had made it visible not to park like all the other restaurants close by. Attach are pictures of the signs and parking spaces surrounding the restaurants. If you car is parked in the any of the spaces no one would ever see that sign behind that tree facing the main entry. Towaway signs should be in several spots to make it obvious not to utilize parking spaces unless your are eating at the restaurant.Business Response

Yes I did get a call from this business, however the only thing that they said was that they did not own the parking lot where my car was parked. It really should not have matter whether or not they own the parking lot, their restaurant is on that property. So I feel that it was all a set up between the restaurant and the towing company because why else with towing trucks area readily on stand by watching people. It was very obvious this is what they were doing due to the fact my car was tow shortly after I park. Like I mention the restaurant only had one sign which was turned backwards and if you did not enter in the front entrance you would not have notice. I'm a law binding citizen and if I saw the sign there's no way I would have parked on that property. All other restaurants in the area and sign entering the restaurant parking lot, several signs within the parking lot facing parked cars. NOt only my car got towed, several others was towed as well and as I went to pick up my car they said the same thing, they did not see any signs stating that ******* would be towed.Initial Complaint

On January XX XXXX we visited chili's in Palmdale Ca , I order the 3 for me from the menu 1 you start with a drink 2 appetizer 3 main meal
For the appetizer the offer chips and salsa or pay $2.49 for the dip trio I end up ordering the dip trio bottomless chips with salsa skillet queso and guacamole, the guacamole was less than half of the container when I Oder more waiter told me it was extra but she could get me more salsa for free if is advertised as bottomless and no where in the menu said guac is extra with your bottomless chips I paid $3.49 what it look like 3 tablespoons of guacamole I couldn't find the price of the guacamole or the size on there website the advertised there dip for $1.00 4oz very misleading advertising I don't think people would pay the extra $2.49 for bottomless chips with no dip not knowing that is extra charge and no fine print on the menu stating that's extra

I was very disturbed to receive my door dash order from Chili Bar & Grill and see how poorly your organization handled my food. My food was given to the door dasher in an open, unsealed bag inside of unsealed containers! Although hungry and I could not dare consume any of the content. All of the food was thrown in the trash. I wasted my time and money and you failed to deliver acceptable products. I'm appalled that in the midst of a pandemic and all the issues concerning liquid fentanyl, that Chili does not practice proper FOOD & Safety measures to protect its consumer. SHAME ON YOU! Other brands have proactively taken steps to place brand stickers on food containers, brand stickers on bags, and/or staples on bags in the interest of LOYAL CUSTOMERS. Hello,
On August 29, 2022 I received an extremely insulting letter from Maggiano's Little Italy in San Jose, CA (Maggiano's). Maggiano's sent a letter addressing me using "Jr." beside my name. This is NOT my name and I find it highly insulting to be addressed in this way. I have contacted Maggiano's in 2021 about this issue - but, there has been no resolution to date - one year later.
I have scanned the offending letter/advertisement and will attempt to upload to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website - however, due to the file size (about 15MB) I am not sure at this time if I can provide this document to the BBB

On Sunday july 24th around 1-2 pm visited the chili's located at *************************** wv *****. Had multiple issues. Took 20 minutes to be seated. Waitress was rude. steak was ordered medium rare but it was burnt. Ordered spinach queso as an appetizer but only got chips. Ordered loaded mash potatos but only plain asparagus was not cooked or seasoned. Beer was flat. My niece is allergic to mustard and asked for a hambuger without and it came loaded with mustard. she asked for ranch for her fries but no ranch and fries were undercooked. 2nd beer flat. asked for a mgr got no one. all this caused us to miss our movie time at the mall nect door. Have written chilis on at least 4 occasions asking for compensation no reply. called the store talked to carl who swore he was going to refund us. He lied. Spoke with area mgr Josh who hung up. have every email that proves i contacted chilis but no response. Nothing on the table was edible.Business Response

I had a To Go order for 64.88 and my order was totally wrong. I went to get a refund and the manager asked for my receipt and said she will refund me in 3 to 5 business days. The wait time at chilis was incorrectly given at the time of the call and the app used to make reservations was not working. I attempted to place a reservation over the phone and was not allowed, even though other locations allow it and this establishment has allowed it before. The server on the phone was very not helpful in explaining the situation and make a guess at the wait time. I asked for the manager and he was very impolite and full of excuses for why things aren't working the way they were.Business Response
