      This place is going to get people sick!! If not dead!! They served my husband's food cold and when he said something, took it back to the kitchen and heated it! Food he had his finger in to show how cold!! All the other food in the kitchen was exposed to food my hands fingers were in!! I pray no one ends up sick. What a disgusting restaurant!!

      It was at the Fenton, Missouri. I didn't stay, there for I do not have a ticket. The manager was there and did nothing as her employee wanted to argue with me over the food. You are not going to change the way I feel on this and I think it needs to be reported to the health department. If it's your practice to take food that's not only been delivered to a table, but tasted back to the kitchen where all the other food is and heat it in a microwave, because you couldn't get it to the table hot, you can keep it. And the public has a right to know, because you are putting them at risk. It's that simple!

      Bartlesville location has double charged me for an online order. Called and spoke with store manager and was told he could not help me and to call Brinker. He gave me a number that was for employees only and needed an employee number to access. Found a corporate number online however you cannot get to a real person. I kept going in circles on the automated system. Would like to get my money back for the duplicated charge. A person should not have to pay $65 dollars for an order of fajitas. My order was missing items as well. The tip was charged twice as well.
