If i could i would give them minus stars they have not done anything deserving of anymore as far as i am concerned. I have only been to chilis restaurant which i have heard is one that they own. After going to the ******* ********** location and having a horrific experience which also made ** very Ill i brought it up with the waitress whom didnt seem to be helpful, I emailed BRINKER INTERNATIONAL 3 times with only a response of THANK YOU FOR YOUR EMAIL we will get back to you shortly 3 days later i am thinking it is too soon ? I tried calling only to get a thank you for calling after several prompts and a few differerent BRINKER voice recordings later only to be directed to the www website. I feel this company does not care about their customers or they are severely understaffed regardless i am a patron who has spent money at their establishment and feel it was money and time wasted not to mention my health. I will now direct my concerns to the health departmentBrinker International

Worst customer service I have ever had in my whole life!!!!!My friend and I met at the *******, ** location of Chilis at 4:45 pm on Monday June 5, 2023. We were seated in a booth at the bar area. My friend and I ordered our food and went about normal restaurant activities. Our waitress was nice and helpful.... in the beginning. We were given boxes for our leftovers. My friend had a dip for her chips. She put the dip in a to go container and asked the waitress for chips to go. The waitress came back with a fresh bag of chips in a friendly manner. Then we paid and both left an 18% tip. We don't get together very often so we continued to sit and talk. Next thing we know, our waitress took our plates in a somewhat hostile manner!?!As We continued to talk our waitress came over to the table threw her hand on the bag of chips, dragged them over the table, and walked away with them! We were shocked! My friend looked at me and said " she just took my chips!"After that she completely avoided coming near our table. I finally shouted over the room " excuse me?" Then motioned for her to come over. I asked her what that was all about with taking the chips. She said " I gave her a bag for the leftovers " while i was speaking to her she turned her back towards me and walked away.We were completely stunned!I went to a different server and requested a manager. After telling him what happened, all he said was. Oh I'm sorry, ill have to ask her why she did that?!! What?? There is never a good reason to treat a customer the way she treated us!!As I said, I have NEVER been treated that way from anyone in a customer service position. My friend and I would like our tip money back. She certainly didn't deserve it!Brinker International

1 starI visited a Chili’s I’ve never been to before on Friday March 17, 2023! In all of my years of eating at Chili’s this was by far the ABSOLUTE WORST one ever! Upon entering the restaurant they appeared to be fairly empty there was 1 persons at the bar, the bartender and 1 family in the bar area! There was a family seated outside the bar area! I stood there for 10 minutes while the bartender said NOTHING! Someone came from out the back and asked if I’d been helped I responded no a she seated me in the bar area! Now the bartender comes over to take my order nonchalantly! I order wait about 10 minutes for my food and have to send it back because the French fries were cold! After returning with my food I asked for ketchup because the container on the table was empty! She never returned with the ketchup and after 3 tables of empty ketchup containers I came across one with ketchup! I’m done eating and she comes over to ask did I need anything else, I asked for a carry out container and waited an additional 10 minutes while she had a conversation with a young lady just starting her shift! I got up to use the restroom and proceeded to wrong side of the restaurant which ended up being the curbside area where I counted 4 employees having great conversation! I like Chili’s food and I’ve never received such poor service from Chili’s before! They were actually conducting interviews while the employees there weren’t actually working! 1 starPoor customer service from the Hostess and mishandling of food by the staff. I was high disappointed because this was a special visit for my birthday. I was unable to get a booth even after doing the save my place in line. The Hostess was making remarks while walking away after I asked her a question. My salad was given to another guest so I received my replacement after I had gotten my main dish. This was a pretty disappointing visit with the exception of ****** who was our server.Review fromGregory C.

1 starWe order 3 meals from this Chili's and used Door Dash for delivery. 2 orders of fries did not make it. We called Chili's and they did not apologize or offer to bring us the fries. In fact, they first accused us of lying. Finally, after getting them to believe us (I guess), they said they would comp some of the meal. But the whole point of door dash is we didn't want to leave the house and now we have no fries, so we'd have to leave the house to get some or order on door dash again.
We called Door Dash and they said they said we would have to call support to get more fries. We texted the driver who very rudely said he didn't take our fries.
The lack of professionalism between these two companies should be brought to people's attention.Review from[email protected]

My wife and I called a few days before Christmas to place a catering order. We were told to call back on Christmas Even before 7:00PM and we could place our order then. We called back on Christmas Eve at 3:30PM and were told that they are no longer taking orders. We asked to speak to a manger but were told they were too busy to speak with us and that there was nothing they could do. We have been going to Maggiano's for years and even had them cater our wedding. I guess they have enough other customers. Never again.Brinker International

3 starsI went on Nov 26 for lunch and the place was not busy but the server would not come and take my order I called on one of the attendants and very rudely she I will inform your waiter well she never did cause they did not come to provide service to and in my book that is called Discrimination is it cause I am hispanic and a ** Army Veteran its a shame that is still happening here in ****** I was upset that I got up and I left and took my business elsewhere. I will never go there again nor my family and friends that is how this establishment looses customers no wonder they were not busy I suggest others not go there to the ************** Chillis Bar and Grill in *********, **Review fromKelli B.

The kiosk on the table is inaccurate. When asked what time I wanted to leave , 18% 20% ect was not correct. On my $23 check it suggested me to leave 20% and calculated it at $8. It was actually a forty percent tip. The kiosk at the second table was inaccurate as ************* didnt seem to care. Very disappointed. Beware.Brinker International

I went to Chili's in ********, ******* for my birthday today. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this location, or any restaurant for that matter. I ordered a boneless Buffalo chicken salad and a ****************. My salad came out with tortilla chips the 1st time. I didn't look at the menu since I normally get this salad whenever I do go. I've never had tortilla chips on my salad in the past. The 2nd time my salad came out, it was without the tortilla strips and the toppings were in little bowls on the side. I didn't say anything about the meat being cold both times or the toppings being on the side, because I didn't want them to think I was being difficult. I went ahead and fixed my salad hoping for the best. When my server came back around to ask me if everything was ok, I had only taken a couple of small bites from the salad. I told her that it did not taste good, and that I would be going somewhere else to eat. I also stated that I would pay for my drink and get my free reward for my birthday. She left and then this black guy came stating he was the general manager. I told him that the salad did not taste good, and I wasn't paying for that. He stated I wasn't explaining myself enough by saying that the salad didn't taste good. He also said he was going to call the Police on me. I asked him why would he do that and I was not satisfied with my food? I even asked to get something different because I shouldn't have to pay for food that is unsatisfactory. He said I couldn't get anything else. I asked for his boss, and he told me to call 1800Chilis. I told him I would call the police myself, because I didn't do anything wrong. I couldn't believe how he was treating me/refusing to make it right with the customer. He gave me a bogus # for ********************. A lady I didn't know that was in there eating offered to pay for my food. I told her that wasn't fair, and that she shouldn't have to do that. I talked to the police as I was getting ready to leave.Brinker International

I have not received an email from Guest Relations/Brinker international. Chilis guest relations sent a coupon for a meal on them which I'm not looking for a free meal. I will not go back to the Homewood location as long as ***** ***** General manager is there. If he is able to treat people this way, how much more will the other staff do. I don't think all that the staff they had there are bad, but I'm unsure at this point. All is well because God can take better care of them than I can. I reported this incident to get it out there because it's no telling how many other people this has happened too. Thanks.
