      I was very happy n satisfied with hiring ****** ****** as my attorney for my car accident I was involved with. ****** ********** team did their job from starting point to ending point on my case for taking care of me with their best satisfaction .I recommend ****** ****** to anyone else that needs a lawyer give them a call they will take care of u .

      Heres a BBB-appropriate version of your review, professional in tone, within ***** characters, and focused on facts and timeline:?On August 5, 2024, I signed a contract with *********************************************** to represent me in a slip-and-fall case at a hotel. One month later, on September 5, I received a phone call confirming they would take my case. That was the last direct communication I received from the firm for nine monthsno follow-up emails, phone calls, or case updates.Starting in January 2025, I began calling the firm every 34 weeks requesting a case update. I never received a clear response and was never able to speak with the attorney assigned to my case. In June 2025, I emailed the firm requesting a copy of my contract (which I had never received) and expressed concern about the lack of communication. Only then did I receive my first phone call from the attorney.During that call, I was told the firm would no longer pursue my case because it wasnt the hotels faultit was the waters fault. I found this reasoning unacceptable. A slip in a hotel shower due to water accumulation still raises questions of negligence and safety standards. If the firm believed it wasnt a viable case, they should not have accepted it in the first place.That same day, I received a formal letter from the firm stating they would no longer represent me and recommending I find another attorney. However, by that time, the statute of limitations was approaching, and no other law firm was willing to take the case due to the delay and prior involvement.I now face ongoing pain and no legal recourse due to ***********************************************s lack of communication and delay. I am deeply disappointed in the way my case was handled and cannot recommend this firm to others seeking responsible and responsive legal representation.

      Glad i hired Herman and Herman as my defense attorney for the car accident in was involved in back in March, these last couple mo the have definitely been rough , but the H&H team are doing their best to help my family and I get the treatment and financial help we need during the process of our settlement.       Im very unsatisfied. First, of all I why is the attorney getting more than me. I don't think that's right. I get less while I'm the onegoing thru the pain and suffering before and after my surgery. The staff is poor with communication. I have to be calling and calling to speak with someone. I won't recommend them to knowone.
