      I am currently a client with this firm. I had a slip and fall at Kroger on 7-3-2022. I reach out to *********************************************** after seeing great reviews. I've had physical therapy, MRI and have seen an orthopedic surgeon. The surgeon informed me that I will need surgery. I have done everything I was informed to do as a client to make sure that the firm had what they needed to represent me to the fullest. Here it is 10-14/2022 and I have not heard from the attorney with any updates. I went in last week for my therapy session and was informed by the staff that I had 2 sessions remaining. I was baffled because no one from the firm had contacted me to inform me of this. I called the office and was told by the medical case manager that I had exceeded the dollar amount for the firm and that it would be added to the settlement. This way I can get my surgery done after the settlement. I understand but why hasn't anyone communicated this with me? Why am I having to call three times a day every day to find out what is going on? What am I suppose to do at this point? I am in excruciating pain all day everyday. I can barely walk most days or sleep at night. I am a business owner and I am struggling to work. Not knowing what is going on and lack of communication from the lawyer and the staff at the firm is frustrating. I am at the point of needing to find another firm to assist me. *********************************************** should know that we are people needing help and the least they can do is communicate with their clients more effectively. All I am seeking from this frim is clarity and reassurance that I am important.
