      I am at a loss as to how else I can get my issue resolved, so I am reaching out to whomever I can. ?Due to the numerous schedule changes made to our booking, we have been trying to make a flight change thru the proper channels since November of last year but have gotten nowhere with any of these consolidated help desks.? We have attempted to contact the ??************** number which is apparently a "consolidated help desk" but unfortunately the people who pick up there are rude and unprofessional and will sooner hang up on you than listen to your concerns. ?They have also falsely processed a cancellation fee of $??297.30 which was charged to my card, but when I checked with my travel agency a week later, they told me that the flight was not cancelled at all and the airlines had no record of it at all on their end. ??When I call the ************** number from their "confirmation email" back, another supposed consolidated help desk, they give me the runaround and eventually hang up. Now I am fighting another battle with my bank to try and get that money back.? These consolidated help desks speak and act as scammers and should be put out of business by authorities for fraudulent activity.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      NO such refund has been provided. ********* Airlines has also OFFICIALLY disowned the hotline ************** as a SCAM (see attached screenshot from their website). With the rise in airline travel, usflighttravel.com has SCAMMED thousands of dollars from both travel agents and travelers. They should be taken down so they cannot victimize people further. Shame on them!

      Some 3 months ago I bought 2 tickets on a website that I thought was Jetblue. It turned out to be Priceline but the transaction was smooth. Through sickness I had to cancel and again a smooth transaction. I was given a credit note a refrence of XXXXXXXXXXX. They informed me that when I was ready I should phone a given number quote my reference and all would be fine. I called the number as directed and asked the agent "Kevin ******** to book the new Flight. He informed me that there was an additional charge of $218. I agreed and he duly took payment making my total $712.58. He sent me a confirmation email (Attached) which stated that my eticket would arrive in 4 hrs and to call his number if it did not!
      Subsequently after daily phone calls there is NO Eticket!
      I have been told, the Agent is on the phone and will call back He does not!
      My Eticket will be with me tomorrow! It Isn't !
      He even gave me the Airline reference over the phone JetBlue had no record of i!.
      The company has blocked my phone, I have to use my wife@s.
      If you check the confirmation email, it lists the company as USFlighttravel.com.
      I decided to research the company and, to my horror, found numerous complaints that mirror mine with recommendations not to do business with this company.
      I have requested a refund but have no response.
      As a last resort I am contacting you in the hope that I may be able to prevent someone else from being sucked in!

      It took BBB to get a response. I now have my money back but no explanation as to why they failed to provide tickets and failed to communicate with me

      On July 6,2023 my husband called to make a flight change with US FLIGHT TRAVEL that was booked originally with the airlines with points. He was told by this company that they could make the change but there was a change fee of $180. He paid the 180 but we never received the "e tickets". We called US FLIGHT TRAVEL to advise we never received the "e tickets" and we were put on hold several times. We called the airlines and they said the original travel dates (which had passed)were never changed. We have asked for our credit card to be credited with no luck. They have stolen our $180.

      Dear customer, rapid reward account # provided by your husband was wrong. Our team tried to contact multiple time but it was in voicemail so booking was not done. We never keep any customer's money if booking is not done. Your refund was already processed and should be already on your card. We request to not use words like stolen if it is mistake from your side. Please check account for refund.

      On June 5, 2022, I talked to ****** (agent) from Usflighttravel Support and paid the taxes and fees in the mount of $800.78 and was promised that I will get the same airfare price if I pay the remaining balance within 24-72 hours. I did called the next day, so I can pay the remaining balance but ****** was not available to answer my call. I called back again and asked for ****** and she was busy. So I asked if I can talk to their supervisor, his name is *****. I told him my concern and that I am ready to pay the remaining balance of the airfare that ****** and I have talked about. ***** said, that they cannot give the same airfare price anymore. I was not happy at all and told him that I can't afford for the new price that he mentioned. The phone call was cut off. I called again and talked to **** (floor manager), I explained my concern and he told me that he will call me back on June 20, 2022 which I did not receive any call at all. I am hoping, I will get back my refund of $800.78 that I paid on June 5, 2022.
