    They call almost everyday about a *** sportage that I have never owned its either a 2013 or 2018 get these calls from different numbers they are very pushy and rude and they are trying to sell A almost ***** policy for a car this old. Please be wary Of this warranty company.

    Filed a claim, was approved......no payment received. Being told I have to go through the process again to receive payment. NO, YOU NEED TO SEND MY PAYMENT. You have all the invoices and you approved payment for the claim. Why do I need to do it again?

    Poor customer service. My car has been sitting at the dealership for days now. Documents that were requested, were submitted. ****** is handling the claim and can't be reached and has not responded to emails. The dealership has been keeping in touch with me every day and have expressed that they have NEVER worked with a company like this. I have contacted the ******* ***************** and spoke with ************ to assist me in getting this issue resolved.

    They do not pay their extended warranty claims. Stated they only call at 3pm each day with payment. "left voice mail", no answer...Not true, not on caller id not on a text. when you call back you are told the same story, we will have to try you again tomorrow. Service centers and technicians be aware if your customer has this policy. Get your cash from the customer and let them deal with their company. #outthedough and the customer is long gone.

    We show no record of correspondence with you with the phone number on file, by email or mail. We do show your Complete coverage plan for your 2011 GMC, with a policy Efffective date of 02/03/2022 in our system. We also show that your policy was canceled on 01/23/2023 due to customer request.

    My name is ****** ******* and I recently purchased a vehicle service contract from Headstart for my 2017 Lexus Is turbo.
    The agent I spoke to was very informative, told me what repairs could come my way, the price of those repairs and knew more about my car than I did. I was skeptical at first because I never heard of the company, but after signing up back in February 2022 my Lexus broke down. With out the coverage, it would have cost me $5,965 dollars to replace the onboard computer system. Thank god I had the coverage on my car because if i would of had to pay the cost of the repair myself I would have been in hot water. So I just wanted to say thank you to the whole Headstart team! To anyone on the fence about whether they should cover their car or not. its definitely worth it.

    I spent almost 5 weeks waiting for an answer on my warranty. My vehicle needed repair, i provided the requested service documentation, they sent an investigator who took pictures and video and when they found it was a major repair, they fought it. I admit that i did not read fine print to go back and review owner manual for recommended replacements. The air filter was not replaced at certain mileage, but was checked every 3 months or so when oil was changed; coolant not replaced at certain mileage but was checked every 3 months when oil was changed. If they were were going to go by those guidelines, why did they waste my time waiting for the inspector to come out and to submit his recommendation which did not include any information about recommended replacements. . My vehicle just sat waiting for this inspector and his recommendation to be submitted only to be declined for something that should have been advised at the very beginning. My husband had this warranty for 4 years, and then renewed it in June 2021 and thought he had coverage. We faithfully paid premiums with auto deduction so no payment was late or missed. They refused to return phone calls or provide manager name or phone number.
