    Headstart it is fraud. I got a unsolicited call but I answered and listened. Said oh good idea to cov r my car when I take it to the dealership. After paying for three months I had an electrical problem with my car and headstart denied my calm from the dealership saying human error so denied. Okay the aim of me getting the insurance is Forfeited so I called to cancel my membership mind you I was told you can cancel anytime with no penalty but now they refuse to cancel that I must keep paying or my credit will be Ruined . DO NOT SIGN WITH HEADSTART AND THEIR PARTNERS LINE 5. They lie to convince you to sign up and look for reasons not to pay for repairs for your car

    Absolutely not worth your time energy nor money. The first time I called on 2/9 the guys name I want to say is **** did not explain a single thing to me was short and rude. He set me up with the highest warrant they offer and then took my information and said we were all set I felt very odd about this and my intuition was telling me it was a scam, I called back **************************************************************************************************************************** into keeping it I told him I am pregnant and I make decent money as a care worker and could more then likely pay for repairs out of my own pocket. so I really dont want to add this extra bill into my life and he said well why would you do that if we have you covered now I was naive so I bought into a $5,225 plan for a 5 year term warranty.. I cancelled the warranty today 2/22 and am hoping to receive my refund of $195 downpayment to my card. The first guy I had spoken to today did not even tell me he was putting me on hold and sending me to a different representative which is terrible customer service if you ask me, now I know the calls are recorded but I as well screen recorded the whole 15 minutes I was on the phone so if I dont get my refund I have proof of the next lady representative I spoke to today canceling and telling me my card was refunded. Anyways the reviews dont lie Read the reviews before buying into this and giving them your information I wish I would have done that before ever calling this number, it was not the warranty my dealership had suggested to me so I dont know why I reached out in the first place. I really just didnt appreciate costumer service making me feel less then when I was trying to cancel my warranty as well, I drive a 2018 its really not a OLD car if were gonna talk old ***** years is more of that category. And no sales representative is gonna swade my gut instincts. Its a hard pass and a stuburn NO from me.

    It appears that your complaint is with the selling agency. We do not sell contracts direct to consumers. We are a third party administration company. We would encourage you to reach out to the selling agency.

    This deserves half a start. I have recently purchased an extended warranty coverage plan about a month ago. I now have my car in the shop and I have been trying to get ahold of Head-start to get things moving for the repair on my vehicle. My self and the dealership have both been trying to get in contact with the Head start number @ (8**) ***-*899. I have personally called 25 times. With no answer and NO CALL back. This is very frustrating, why spend money with a company that you CANT depend on when you need them. My car has been in the shop for 3 days now 2 of which consist of trying to get in contact with Headstart. I cannot have my car in the shop any longer. I have decided to cancel my membership because this is RIDICULOUS . I have recommended a few people to them but I am going to tell to not move forward. Communication should be a companys NUMBER ONE CONCERN, with this company sadly it is not. I even tried reaching them by pressing every number on their automated phone option. An UNRELIABLE company!!!!!!

    This company is a rip-off. I purchased their warranty over 30 days ago and I driven over a ***** miles. I needed my car looked at by my dealership and I told my mechanic I had a warranty on the car. My car has been at my mechanic's shop for over a week. HeadStart sent out a claims adjuster to look at my car, and he gave a false statement. Now HeadStart Warranty LLC will not honor their contract. The adjuster claims that I have driven under ***** miles, and HeadStart is claiming I had my contract under 30 days! I'm going to get an attorney to fight them. And they won't win!

    Not worth giving one star!!!! I would prefer if I could only do a half star or no stars. This was an awful experience worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My car would not start on June 19th I had it towed to the shop had the repair done paid for the repair and had my mechanic file a claim. After I had spoken to cusotmer service to confirm that if I paid for the repair out of pocket it would not jeopardize the warranty and was told it would not. The estimate / invoice was confirmed that it was sent over on June 23rd by customer service even though I know it was sent prior to this day. In total I had spoken to five representatives of the company trying to get an update on the status of my claim each time being told it would was waiting on the adjuster each time getting more frustrated that myself or the shop had not been updated on the status of the claim. After my third call on Monday July 3rd again called escalated my case asked for a supervisor to return my call. Nothing, Called again on July 5th again nothing Finally today on June 7th I received an update that they would not be covering my repair. The warranty says that they cover towing up to 50 dollars which was on my invoice hoping if the repair was not covered they might cover at least that. I asked what the supervisor *** could do he would not do anything except blame the delay on the workload which I find very skeptical. If I could receive a refund to never have to deal with this company again I would. I don't know what else I can say it was a horrible experience especially since I bought the complete package which is their highest level of coverage and this was the first time I had to file a claim. The customer service reps did very little to help or getting any resolution. It was a total of 18 days and five phone calls before I got an update!!!!!!

    Horrible my vehicle was at the mechanic for 2 months waiting on approval for my claim, wrong info inputted causing delay still no resolution. Called every other day at first feels like a scam.

    almost feel they are a scam , i think i feel sorry for customers that buy this , then again if you are going to buy a product that advertises on radio or tv shame on you
