      Absolute incompetence. I am listed on my deceased Mother's account as a co-owner. I have been paying my Mom's bills and taking care of the estate, including withdrawing cash at the bank. Now the tell me I can't close the account because I am not in both of their computer systems. So they have to run all this through legal. Oh, but I can continue to use my Debit Card. IDIOTS!!! BTW, I am the executor of the estate.

      If you want to keep your money, DO NOT use *************** I LOST OVER $20,000 using the government approved Direct Express card. I LOST my nest egg! Totally upset and in tears as my final years on this earth will be in poverty (I worked ALL my life to build this nest egg - now it is gone)!

      Comerica fraud department sent a message that unauthorized charges occurred on my account. O responded immediately to the message confirming fraud. Comerica let the charge go through anyway. Comerica bank does not act in customer interest.

      You are just a god-awful bank. You really screwed in your citizens. Big time you don't give a s*** $5 fee to transfer from account to account, at home, on your computer and then you say this c*** it's a federal law if you do over, well first you told me five, then somebody told me six then somebody told me none you just can not get your c*** together. And it's federal law about charging $5 well you don't have to. A while back they allowed flexibility at the discretion of the bank. I'm not the only one that think you guys **** you just do you hate seeing your citizens, most of your people especially on the phone or snotty and sassy

      Absolutely no customer service you can't even speak to someone about your situation they never answer the phone I've been 5 days trying to reach customer service about my direct express card being locked for no reason to me I'm on social security I have no access to my funds for bills ***** or groceries and social security tells me my money is deposited into direct express but to no response or answering the so called 24/7 customer service that's a silly thing to lead you on I geuss their gaining from my funds and I can't even pay my bills,rent and I guess I don't get to eat either wow this place is absurd good luck to anybody that has direct express from comerica bank out of Texas steer clear of them or you will regret it.!!!!

      I've been with Comerica almost 8 years--quality dwindling. Website access down (a second long weekend in a row). Called bank yesterday and spent over 20 minutes trying to manage an urgent banking issues only to find I was being turfed to yet another phone line with a wait. Requested call back as directed, but still waiting 24 hours later. Finally went into a bank location. Website still down this morning. This is from the bank whose motto is: Open 24/7. Just the recent in a line of customer service/basic competence related issues. But I did just get a request for a prom dress donation from them this morning . . . perhaps they should work on their basic functions before doing community service for non-customers. Tried to contact the bank this morning to discuss my dissatisfaction with them, but there is no way to do so other than another long hold.

      I been with comerica bank for over 10 years and now they have caused me to overdraft because they didn't catch their own Era a bunch of stupid wanna be intelligent mf's if you sending me money how you not know you sent a payment to much if you are investigating my claim that only mean you didn't investigate correctly and overdraft me bunch of idiots

      We have a HELOCK loan with Comerica. The bank claims they are separate from the loan department and can do nothing except to say the loan department is a "problem." We have spent literally days with "customer service" at the loan department who claim they can do nothing. They continue to add unauthorized fees and attempt unauthorized automatic deductions from our Comerica bank account in 5 figure amounts. Although we ask for supervisors to contact us, no one does. We have filed a complaint with the **** but regret EVER applying for this loan. I have never experienced a more frustrating experience with a bank or loan company. Any help would be appreciated.

      This bank has a class action suit going for defrauding Social Security recipients. I don't use that service : I have direct deposit to a regular checking account. The account is always 'off' a few cents or dollars, and I manage it carefully. It appears to be theft. If they steal a little from a lot of accounts, it adds up exponentially. My previous bank, Woodforest, did the same thing.My late father warned me about this banking scam years ago and I believe all banks do this.Their banking line uses the word PENDING on something that has already cleared, which is confusing. I have a credit card through Comerica. They sold my information and I'm deluged with other banks' credit card offers and all manner of junk mail offers. I reported this and was assured it would stop. While I get less of this paper waste, it hasn't stopped. Again, I'm of the firm opinion that every bank pulls these stunts.My wise Dad knew what he was talking about!

      I have spent over two hours on hold attempting to get in touch with customer service and the call dropped. When I called back, the line said to call back later as there is a high volume of calls.... Two hours I am not getting back! I just want to access my account online and the website refuses to allow me and says I must call. Get a **** chat feature or more workers!
