      On 6/6/23 we closed on a home with Texas National Title who uses Comerica Bank. Comerica Bank flagged the wire of our closing funds from our mortgage lender, and have yet to release those funds to the title company, meaning we are still without the keys to the home we should've taken possession of 2 days ago and counting. This dysfunctional bank obviously cannot distinguish a legit wire transfer from a fraudulent one and will hold your funds hostage without any repurcussions.

      This bank is getting away with unfair business practices. Never apply for a PaychekPlus Card to get paid . They lied and said my pay your bills were mcovered , but later I recieve a letter or an email stating that my payment was reserved. Now I have to pay double on all my bills.

      FDIC ******, Texas, **************************** affiliates ******** ************ ******* (the "Parties") refuse to ACH TRANSFER my retirement funds held hostage by Comerica Bank, unreachable by me whilst the Parties are under contract with **** ********** of ************** fulfillment funder, the ****************************** (SSA), even though I have explicitly followed their multiple, ever [daily] changing criterion FOR PAST SEVEN MONTHS to effect a ACH TRANSFER of SSA deposited funds accumulated, ca. $14,000 into my ************* private FDIC Bank (*letter attached). I am emotionally exhausted, physically sick & mentally tired of their fanatical peanut-shell perpetual game, now, since June 2022. Plus, there have been numerous uninvestigated third party actors who defrauded my SSA Mastercard ****** ******* Debit Card for past nine years; with the Parties refusing to effect even a provisional credit of my money Under the Color of Existing Law. The thefts are rampant, a cooperative fraud scheme made by the debit card manufacturer employees in concert with the Parties' employees; a evolved fraud conspiracy whom still in this arena ask me for my sacred Social Security number every time they minimally provide fail-services with low level employees whom cannot [obviously] be trusted in any world. Moreover, they have literally cost my family immeasurable harm, which the Parties have been fully & duly informed thereof seventeen (17) times in writing from June 2022 through December 2022. The Parties unabashedly continue to disregard & violate the rule of law defying state & federal consumer protection laws, state & federal banking & other statutory laws unabated; ****** Law prosecutable & possibly **** statute criminally prosecutable notwithstanding. My & other *** citizens economic, civil liberties & civil rights, & other fundamental constitutional laws' ************** have been thoroughly abridged remain unemancipate,d. An Internet search yields horror."

      I've been a Comerica customer over 25 years. I contacted the Quality assurance department on July 27th regarding a ZELLE payment issue. After several hours and being disconnected (5) times, I asked for a manager. Her name was Susan R. I attempted (4) phone calls with detailed voice messages addressing my concerns and requesting a call back. Today is August 10th and still have not heard back. Comerica has been going downhill the past 2 years. I will most likely be changing my banking to a credit union in the very near future. So incredibly disappointed.

      They are taking money out of my account and saying that they are investigating but it's always denied. I didn't use my card one month but my money was used up from the account and they still denied the investigation. I don't have nothing from Apple nor an apple account but my money went to Apple. This company is not right

      I'm a international student and this bank is for far the worst one that I've treated with. I moved to Houston recently and they asked for passport, driver's license and even a certification of living from my landlord just to open a normal debit card account (they do not have a student account,) they asked for ONE THOUSAND to deposit and even with that they didn't gave me a card right away, with the excuse that Latin people by statistics tent to do fraud in their bank, which to me was super xenophobic and irrespective. However they told me that bs at the moment that I signed everything, so I had to wait for my card to be mailed. They took almost A MONTH to send a debit card, ridiculous. And even so, I had to wait until the next day to activate it, because their automatic system doesn't recognize my drivers license or my passport, only social security or ID (which I'm not legally allowed to have any of those) just to talk with a representative. I'm waiting right now a FOR 2 HOURS to activate a card tru call because they still living in the stone age. I'm definitely search for another bank, no one should ever have an account with this headache company.
