    I placed an order with Rich Girl Company on August 26, 2023. I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out several times through the provided emails and I also contacted the number that was provided to no avail. I haven't heard anything back, but she's back posting on Instagram saying she shipping out orders same day, but she will not respond to me. I believe this is a fraudulent company. I am not the only one that it has happened to. She has resulted in hiding comments about orders not being received. People are taking a chance at spending their money on products that they may never get.

    Placed an order on 8/24/2023 in the amount of $60. Received an email 8/29/23 that the order was shipped and it included tracking information for ***** I know that it usually takes time to get orders from them because I have ordered before. I never received the order and now the tracking number is not trackable on the **** site. I have emailed two different email addresses about my order and submitted an inquiry on her website. No response was ever received. Definitely not a good experience with this business.

    I placed an on order on 07/14/23 & I have yet to receive my order. My order number is *****. Ive emailed countless of times between sending messages through the website & direct ********* get no reply. Well one message I sent did get me a tracking label created, which it was created on 08/22/23. It is now 09/21/23 & the tracking information still shows that the carrier hasnt received the products. I paid $117.50 for the products. I emailed the owner on 09/21 to which she emailed back quickly saying she was sorry & would refund me. As of today 10/04 I have yet to receive my refund. I emailed her again on 09/28 asking when should I receive my refund & havent gotten a response. I recently checked the **** site & the order is no longer trackable but through the companys website **** is still waiting on the items.

    I placed an order on July 14, 2023 in the amount of $48. They claimed to have shipped the order on July 27, 2023 but the order never arrived. I sent an email on aug 9th as well as the 10th to their email listed as ******************************* and they never responded. The money was taken on July 14th. I ordered their coconut shampoo, hair growth oil as well as their luxe butter. I just want my money back as this point because they are unprofessional and I honesty beginning to think they are a scam!

    I placed my order on 6/24/2023. I finally received my order on 7/24/2023. However, it was not the correct quantity. I received (2) instead of the (3) that I purchased. I reached out to the company on behalf of the issue and have not heard a response. I have left several and have not heard back. As well as my second order placed i have yet to receive it. I have attached photos of my transactions to litigate my case. I am not getting a response from the company and would like assistance in getting their attention in regards to my issue and resolving the matter professionally

    Hello, I purchased 4 orders in the month of April 2023 from the small business by the name of **** ******** by ******************** and only received one of my order over a month ago and nothing sense April 22nd label was created for all orders. I was refunded by cash app for the 3rd order by the remaining 2 big orders made by my bank I received nothing. I have been awaiting over 3 months for response from this owner ********************. I attempted many times to reach out to the owner despite the owner messages saying the packages would update soon. I was given not estimated date and none of the products purchased from this owner was in pre-order. I had no other options after many attempts of automating messages and ignored after some time by to file dispute with my local bank. The despite is till pending investigation with my bank til this date brigade I waited a filed given this person my trust they would ship out my packages. I ordered the remaining 2 orders I hoping to get refunded now for, which on same day a similar time frame on April 14th, *********************** the amount of $316.00 at 1:00 pm for 28 bottles of extra strength hair oils and ******* butters receipt number 1749-3357. The second order in the amount of $91.00 for 10 extra strength hair oils on April 14th 2023 receipt number 1164-9070. I am writing to get refunded or products I order but a resolution in the end. The owner continues to ignore many other like me and start more big sales without any care about the existing customers who havent received any thing sense April 15th date orders placed of this year and remains on label created sense April 22nd unchanged despite the owner posting in her business page to message her. The business is committed to shipping with **** business days but extended longer many times over, by June 8th.The tracking numbers are posted below with labels created and do not move.
