    I wish I could select 0000 stars.I placed an order with this Young Lady on 8/29, when you place the order is says ships within 7-14 business ******* is now 9/27 and I have yet to receive my order, I sent her 2 emails and contacted her through Messenger on ********** with screenshots of my emails) she has yet to responded.I commented on her post about her Nee Website ***************************, she deleted my comment and blocked me commenting on it.I am now convinced she is a scammer.,I will NEVER purchase from her again.

    This company *****, I order 2separate orders and have not received anything! I try so hard to help out Black businesses and they s**** you and people want us to support black owned and they do this you. They dont respond to emails, guess I will continue to get from other races they are more reliable and dependable.

    Ordered in July 2023 and its almost July 2024 I havent received a refund or my product went to message her on ig and was blocked made a fake page and was blocked again! Please dont order from her I think only her friends say they gotten her products

    If you do a search on the business on ANY social media platform especially ******** you will find thousands of customers who have been blocked from the business page and her personal page therefore the only thing she will allow you to read are positive comments from the few that have received their order. Majority of us hard working women have spent our money and never received our product! And to top it off the owner is EXTREMLY NASTY & UNPROFESSIONAL.

    I ordered 12/14/23 sent several emails advising I never got my order even tried contacting through instagram only to be blocked. FO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. very bad business!

    I placed on order in November and was supposed to receive it by December. We are the end of January and I have still not received my products. I have attempted to contact the business and have not received any response. The owner keeps posting that orders have been shipped but the tracking provided has been in "pre-shipment" since the 5th of January.

    Placed an order for two items on July 14th. Received all appropriate follow up confirmation emails & on July 27th was told my items were shipped. July 29th, received my tracking number & saw it was in **********, **. This was the last correspondence I received. After about a month, I reached out to **** first assuming it was an issue on their end, but the tracking number provided wasnt eligible for an inquiry. So I began reaching out to Rich Girl Company both through email & the help option given on their website just hoping for some kind of update or information on my order, but to no avail. Its a shame, I thought I was supporting an independent business entrepreneur & gave them all the benefit of the doubt, even after a full month went by. However, its now October 8th. Still no package. Still no communication. Nothing. Its very obvious I was scammed. My next step is going to the bank & hopefully getting a charge back on the purchase as well as reporting the company as fraudulent to the bank itself.Upon some **************** searches, it appears Im not the only one facing this issue. Theres actually quite a lot of people complaining of the exact same problem. Although, it may be hard to find as she tends to limit comments & block anyone that calls her out on her shady business practices. All the while, this Woman is showing off designer bags & store front property shes bought off the backs of people shes scammed. Disgusting human being.

    Im assuming this entire company is a SCAM ! Myself and many others placed orders in March of 2023 ,We never received our orders (ASKING DAILY WHEN WILL WE GET OUR ORDERS) and we tried reaching out to the support email provided on *************************************** (this website) we havent received one response to any of the emails sent !I love to support anyone who proclaims to have amazing products but this one was a HUGE mistake,Clearly theres hundreds of people who never received there orders so if youre in the business of giving away free money then youve purchased from the right Scam Artist because she will not be sending you anything! WHO CREATES LABELS FOR A PRODUCT TO BE SHIPPED THEN BLAMES IT ON THE ************* POSTAL SERVICE?! This Bogus Business Owner! Yet she post on social media everyday as an influencer but wont respond to her unhappy customers! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL do not recommend . Shell be Posting another $200,000 car soon that shes Scammed everyone out of there money for glad I wont be in the next batch of her fraudulent sales!
