    This very much seems to be a scam. I placed an order on 7/20/2023, have followed up using the form available on the company website and have not received a product or any communication. I would not recommend purchasing this product or doing business with this company or business owner.

    I placed an order 4 weeks ago. A week after I placed the order, I received shipping confirmation. The product still has not shipped, though they took the payment immediately. *** reached out to them through their website and via email but have not received a response. Looking at the other reviews, it looks like its a scam. A shame, because I always want to support Black-owned small businesses. But this just seems to be a money grab and sham, not a business.

    Person is a SCAMMER! Basically setting up fake online store to steal money. Ordered items on July 17, took until July 31 before a **** label was created, but nothing from there. Tried to contact through help desk email, no response. No response to DM. Attempted to politely ask for assistance on ******* where products advertised, person running @TyTheMua_ blocked me. Others expressing similar concerns on *******, order, payment, no products or response from company.

    Placed 2 separate orders on 6/24/2023. First order finally arrived in my mailbox on 7/25/2023. However, the qty of times i ordered were incorrect. I emailed the company with photo proof as well as order receipt so they wouldnt feel scammed. I have yet to hear a response which today is 8/3/2023 and havent heard from anyone and have sent several emails. As well Im still waiting on my second order. This is very unprofessional. Its beyond unprofessional to have a missing order complaint ticket and yet not address the issue. If you want faster and professional service look elsewhere because you wont find it with this company. I feel scammed. If you were about customer service it wouldve been provided, but this owner doesnt care. She takes your money and leave you with whatever you get. Its sad because you try to support black businesses and get ghetto service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & WILL NOT BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER!

    Scam artist looking to take hard working peoples money. I bought this oil for my mom who has had very thinning hair for years now, saw this product for hair oil online seeing great reviews only to find out it is all a lie. This so called "woman" is nothing but scum of the earth and deserves to be prosecuted.

    Ordered two bottles with this company and never received my product. Communication was terrible. I was originally told that my order was lost then I was told it was a company issue. After being given the run round about my order finally told that I was not going to get my product but I was also not going to get a full refund. I'll never trust this company again.

    even though I just start using your growth oil, I am very impressed an cannot wait to start seeing results with using richgirlco. I have seen major results with my cousins hair, it is so long,shiny and beautiful, praying mine will one day look the same. Thank you richgirlco . If my hair grow and looks as beautiful as my cousins.I will make another review letting you know how I love it and it is helping my hair grow.

    Never received products reach out to owner for her to put the blame on staff and to be told she will take care of it. That was a month ago still waiting to receive product will never do business with this company again.
