      I updated my shipping address on their website before placing order, i used ****** for safety, and JM bullion decided to ignore my shipping address and use paypals billing address for myself instead which is an old address. I was unable to make any changes with JM bullion, ****** or ******, have received no options for me to receive my package, no option to pick package up, all of it has been nothing less than ridiculous. I expect a level of customer service since this is 100% ******************* fault and have received nothing less than an oh well from them. Horrible experience, id opt in from finding a local dealer next time.

      I have bought and sold with JM Bullion. Their process is very efficient and straightforward. I am a new fan of the "sell to us" feature on their website and appreciate the no nonsense manner in which these transactions are conducted. Love that feature, which for me is very new.
