      Very satisfied with Company. I would change one thing, tho. The customers who use their debit cards should get the discount. Makes no sense to give it to the ones who use paper checks, that takes longer. Debit cards are instantaneous. You get your money quickly.

      I have been buying from JM Bullion from about May 2024 so not a long time customer. . Been satisfied with navigating the website, the prices, AND really fast shipping. From my location I sometimes receive my order in approx. two days. Rarely has it ever taken more than 3-4 days. The selection of coins, rounds, and bars are very good. Im not that big into colorized or collector stuff so mainly buy silver coins/rounds and gold bars. Everything I ever bought has been in great condition. The packaging is very good (no indication of what's in the package. I have recommended JM to friends who have shown an interest in buying precious metals. I advised them to read up on the website to learn more about buying metals. JM has resources to learn from if you are new to the market. To me they were super helpful in deciding what to buy and what formats are available. Lets you decide what metal, sizes, and formats are best for you depending on how much you want to spend. I have a fixed amount I spend and try to stay close to that amount . Occasionally do go over if I see something that catches my eye.
