      I ordered over $750 on a set of Silver Bullets that were supposed to be PURE SILVER! After receiving product had them tested with a reputable coin dealer. He said that he was very skeptical since when he tested each one individually they barely came up as being STERLING SILVER! I called JM Bullion to get my money back and was told I was over the 5 day waiting period! ( yes it was a month) Then I tried using the buyback program and they said they would not even give me half of what I paid for them, but I also had to have over $1000 in product to even do that!! Total Ripoff Company.

      My first time buying precious metals. I did alot of research and comparison and found that JM Bullion had the best prices for what I was looking for. I ordered on a Sunday and my package arrived on a Wednesday, which was a surprize for me. On Tuesday night the tracker had said Friday. Overall, a good experience and I will be ordering from them again

      Not happy in my experience with them and they made no effort to resolve it via email before I posted this. Very poor customer service. I placed an order via credit card (which works fine, plenty of available credit etc) and later they cancelled my order for no reason. They claim it is fraud but really the price of gold went up. Now they want me to place my order again (clearly they don't really think I am fraudulent, right?) at CURRENT PRICES, not my original order, and via Bank Wire so they get cash. If they don't actually accept credit cards, then they should state that. This is an obvious bait-and-switch tactic, where they see gold prices rise and they can also get you to pay cash later and at higher prices by claiming "fraud" - If it was really fraud why do you want my business still? Money. It's some used-car-salesman stuff honestly, left a terrible impression. I can easily buy from any of their competitors via any payment method. Also I'd like to note that I also tried Apple Pay with them and it didn't work either. This was not a crazy order, only a few thousand dollars to test it out and see if they were legit. Glad I didn't place a serious order with them, waste of time since they can't handle it. And just to clarify, I even offered to use a different card to pay, my Platinum Amex (originally used my MasterCard) and they just want a bank wire (again, they should accept credit cards if they claim to, but this is a deceptive tactic). Terrible experience and no resolution after asking repeatedly to speak to someone in management.

      I ordered bars of gold on 12-5-22. The last shipping update was on 12-9-22. I called them the following week and the agent said she would look into this and call me in 2 days. No call, so I called last week. They already charged my credit card and my package never arrived. Now they said they turned it over to an underwriter and it could take 30+ days for a resolution.
      It is obvious that it was stolen. They refuse to refund my credit card or send me my order. Why should I have to wait when this is their fault? POOR Customer service!!!
      And this was a holiday gift.....***

      They can keep the gold and refund my money. There are better companies to purchase from.

      I'm so sorry this happened to you! Unfortunately, when an item is lost we're unable to send out a replacement quickly. This is because the shipments often turn up and get delivered weeks later. In order to ensure the process is handled correctly we have to start an investigation and also allow the carrier time to rectify the situation. I completely understand this is not an ideal situation, and I'm sorry you're having to put up with it.

      I have done three buyback orders with them in the last month. The first two went through ok. They drag their heels on payments and processing, claiming that they are busy. So, HIRE MORE PEOPLE if you're that busy. On the third transaction, they received my items and then went dark. I finally reached out and was told that my payment was being made that day and I would get a notification. No notification came. No payment was made. I waited another day. Nothing. Finally, I reached out again and they said that my payment was being held up because they didn't have my W9. Payments should NEVER be held up over a clerical issue. EVER. In fact, they ought to pay me interest because they were holding on to my money for no good reason. I sent them my W9... TWICE. However, then they claim that it has to be submitted through SignNow and that they sent that to me. I did not receive the Email. They had the W9. They should have just processed my order. They seem to be looking for any excuse possible to delay or refuse payment. Caveat emptor, caveat venditor.

      I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I understand you have now been fully paid and we dropped the ball due to operating on a skeleton staff this past holiday week. This is still not a valid excuse however and I want to deeply apologize on behalf of our company. You are absolutely correct to be frustrated.       JMBullion, I have bought Gold bars from JMBullion with proper sending address, but JMBullion forgot to put the Apt number on the shipping label and the packet of Gold bar that was sent by **** has been returned back to the sender ( JMBullion). Even after 20 day of returning the packet back to the sender, JMBullion is saying that they did not receive it and mentioned that my order is completed and are not responsible for the bars not getting delivered. They closed the claim and are not pursuing or refunding my money. By doing the above, they are trying to cheat the customers by deliberately avoiding the responsibility I give zero stars to JMBullion customer service and to the claim ****

      I've been dealing with J. M. Bullion for more than two years buying gold and silver. I looked up the ratings on J. M. Bullion after my first order and saw that they only had three stars at that time. Like I said before I was already involved with my first order, so I was concerned. I was told that my order would arrive on such and such a day and it came as it was supposed to be. I came to trust them for all my gold and silver needs just on their honesty and promptness

      So I was satisfied until I monitored their prices. I realized they did not reflect actual silver and gold prices. For example a 5oz silver bar was $125 with silver at $21/oz silver went to $18.75 oz (15.5% drop) and JMB prices for 5oz bars went to $121 (3.2% drop) then increased to over $131 for 5oz bars. This is reflected in 90% of their items and other distributors like them. I contacted them and their reply was because demand is up??? If that was case the actual prices of silver and gold would reflect this. Beware of when you buy do your homework keep track and notes of prices of items. Don't just impulse buy.
