      They took my money then sent an email stating they canceled my order. When I called about refund they told me to call my bank.

      Borderline scam. Will take money out of your account and then will cancel order for unknown reasons. When you call they say you should wire the funds? Mind you the funds that they already have removed from your bank. In regards to returning the money, it takes 8 business days prohibiting you from purchasing elsewhere. ****** and purchase elsewhere. This company will waste your time and hold your money, all while the prices increase. The good reviews must be fake because there is no way a company operates in this manner. Still waiting on my refund. I will never try to purchase anything else from here. Bad, bad business .

      I had placed two orders worth $16K from jm bullion ORD-***6159,ORD-***2792. After tha payment was cleared and the status on their website changed to "Paid & Ready for Shipment", suddenly the next day I received an email that both my orders are cancelled due to internal review process. I tried talking to an agent as well as a supervisor, both were unhelpful to provide more information as to on what basis the order was cancelled. My name, address and all shipping details exactly matched between my bank details so essentially there is no way this could be messed up in any way. However, the supervisor herself could not understand the reason nor was able to find out more information. I guess she had one line which was from the script, "The ** on JM bullion site does this for secuirty purposes". I mean really? I added the bank account myself, made the transaction myself if there was a concern JM Bullion could have sent out a call in the first place. Now I have to go to the bank do the *** reversal, this is too much of a hectic. I think JM Bullion should really invest in the technology the proper way and stop wasting other people time.

      Terrible customer service. I ordered my silver box two weeks ago, and it's still sitting "somewhere in their warehouse." They said they didn't know when it will ship out "due to Christmas rush". I will not shop there again! I was informed that it would ship out in 3 days with "free shipping". A complete crock.

      Terrible experience, The company made a mistake somehow and they wanted me to go to the local police department and report the issue. I refused to do so and they close my case and now I only have half of my order.

      OUTRAGEOUS PRICING!I made a purchase of American Silver Eagles in 2023. Shame on me for not doing more research at the time. I was a new buyer. But it turns out they charged an 80% premium! $45 per coin - $20 more than the spot price of $25 at the time!!! This is absolutely INSANE and unheard of. I recently contacted them, and the *** wrote back that "rare, unique, or foreign coins can have higher premiums". These are none of the above! I recently called a few other (more legitimate) bullion companies and spoke to some supervisors. They all said an 80% premium was basically absurd and that basically I got ripped off. They said 20% or so would be understandable at times. I will be sharing this information very broadly. No other companies were charging anywhere near that at the time. There were no major market events at the time. ****** learned on my end, but what a horrible experience with this company.

      I have been ordering from JM Bullion for a couple of years now. I liked there website and the ease of ordering through it. The selection offered is great. I have given many different coins for gifts and all were very pleased with them. The shipping is excellent, and the boxing is protective of the contents inside. I would recommend JM Bullion for your metal purchases.

      Not happy!I purchased 2 collector items and when I received them they were damaged inside the shipping box (crammed into shipping box)They offered me an exchange and I did. The new items they shipped were the same damaged ones I sent back!! So I did another exchange! But now they tell me 1 item in inventory are all damaged!Ive talked to 4 different people now and its been a month since my original order and Im still waiting for 1 of the items!I have purchased a few thousand dollars worth of stuff from JM over the years, but this is the worst experience Ive had!No one really cares anymore, its only about Their profits!Not ordering from JM Bullion again!
