      On December 18, 2023, I sold several gold coins to JM Bullion as a first time customer. The box was shipped mistakenly to main JM Bullion office **************************************************************************. To this day of December 31, 2023, the box was left in that office and never inspected. Nobody seems to be concerned about their customers.

      COUNTERFEIT SILVER!Back in 2018 I had purchased a promotional offer from JM Bullion - 10 oz Silver Tube Starter Pack order #******* To this day I believed I had this silver stashed away increasing in value, UNTIL today when I brought it to not only 1 **** shop, not 2, but 3 **** shops!!! All 3 of them took a look at my silver, tested it, weighed it, and came to the same conclusion- that this is not real silver.I even brought a few 1 oz silver coins (that I knew were legit) and mixed them in with the so called fakes and asked the 3rd **** shop how much I can sell these for. They picked out the JM Bullion coins and told me they wont take them, but they will buy the other ones from me.JM Bullion- I will be reaching out for a refund. Very disappointed.

      I have ordered from them six times. In each case I got exactly what I ordered exactly when they said it would arrive. The first order took two weeks to arrive because of the time they take to verify the e-check account. After that, delivery took a week or less. I have one observation. Always read the pricing carefully because it is not always per ounce over spot. For example, they recently offered a 1/10 ounce round for $1.99 over spot per round. That makes it a whopping $19.99 per ounce over spot.

      I encountered issues while purchasing a product from JM Bullion's app. Despite providing all my information, I received an error message. The next day, funds were withdrawn from my account through ACH, but I received an email stating that my order was canceled due to non-payment. After contacting JM Bullion, they refused to discuss the emails. However, during a phone conversation, they assured me that they would send a check, although it hasn't arrived yet. I called again, and now they claim to be processing a refund. If the funds are returned, In the best situation, I will only incur bank fees for ACH transactions. It seems they are at the very least incompetent in handling this situation.

      I ordered over $ ********* in gold . they said it would ship the next day after the wire transfer cleared . It has been 6 days and I called again and today they tell me they have to check with billing. This is a scam company and I will hire a attorney to get my money back. I will never purchase any items from these scamming business!!!!!

      I used the JM Bullion website to make a purchase for foreign gold coins of approximately $6000 on June 17. When I approved the purchase they added sales tax for Indiana. I checked ******* law IC 6-2.5-5-47 and it says that coins and bullion which are *** eligible are exempt from ******* sales tax. The JM Bullion website said the coins are *** eligible. I couldn't cancel the order until June 19 because they were closed for the weekend. When I went to cancel the order they tried to charge market loss fees. Lucky for me the credit card on file had recently expired so they couldn't charge them (The order was to pay by check). I think they are trying to get some people to cancel orders as they only make money on a cancelation but never loose.

      I made a order and was lost in the mail, i reached out to them on several occasions and no one ever returned my call. i received an email stating they had received it back and were reshipping that was on wends-day . I-called this morning and the lady said she would send a note over to have them ship it. i told her just to cancel it and she said since the price had went down I would lose about a thousand dollars I went ahead and canceled it because the whole situation was so un professional and gut wrenching.So after almost a month later I'm out $1000 and will be 5-7 business days before I get whats left. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
