      Hidden TOS policies designed to steal from you, and the entire company is near fully staffed outside of business drivers by a call center in ***** with zero English skills.Greyhound is as useless as it gets, walk, take an extra plane, ride a bike, hitchhike, go for a competitor, use ******, do anything except use Greyhound. The moment there is a change in plans, schedules, or issues come up, or Greyhound does anything negative towards you such as never showing up, you are out of every single ***** you paid.Their system is designed to ensure the customer is treated as poorly as is possible.I say again, avoid what is easily the least consumer friendly company in *************.

      As a *** I Called today to assist someone who was left stranded hours away from home. He had nothing but his wallet and $10 to his name. The man stated the bus stopped at a gas station for no more than 15minutes and the bus left him taking all of his belongings. The operator Merely was absolutely no help, very rude, would not let me talk, and kept saying she cant help. After requesting a supervisor she hung up on me. Her unprofessionalism was very upsetting I explained to her the situation for the person in need of help and she kept saying she needed the customer. When the customer was right next to me! He was listening to everything she was saying. He had a strong Russian accent and Merely was not able to understand him on multiple occasions when I tried to assist she would say I wasnt the customer. She didnt understand he was using my Phone! This customer ********************** was unacceptable and very disrespectful. The customer was upset and again merely stated she couldnt do anything. She kept referring him to the website but he did not have a phone. She is a person that needs more training and did not have answers to any of my questions other than referring him to the website. Terrible customer **********************

      I purchased a ticket when I initially put the date in that I wanted to travel it showed dates for the day before. In my haste I did not initially see that the date was not the date I put in to begin with. When I got ready to go I pulled up my ticket on my phone and thats when I noticed it because it said my ticket has expired. So I immediately called customer ********************** and at the time I was told to filed for a refund on the website. I ended up having to pay for a whole other ticket that was twice the amount of the original ticket. When I called customer ********************** again the woman I spoke with was really rude. When I requested to speak with management I was put on a brief hold and she came back on the phone to tell me she was unable to get a manager or a supervisor. She proceeded to over talk me. I felt disregarded as a customer trying to get understanding. I am currently out of $200 and wont be accommodated for my inconvenience. Which I find to be unfair a customer riding with ******************** for the first time in 22 years. I will never use their services again. I felt like I was scammed out of $200.

      I can't believe how unprofessional this business is. Their bus runs late and then it causes delay in the whole trip and a 12-hour layover ********** bus station. It's a hot mess

      I thought that after 10 years after the HORRENDOUS Greyhound Bus experience that the service would have improved, N O T !!. Arriving at the ***************, the ** was broken (the temperature was 93) then the bus was a hour and fifteen minutes late, due to mechanical issues, BUT THE MOST INFURIATING part of the nightmare was the seat that I was assigned to only had 11 inches between the seat in front of it. I'm only 5'5 and my knees was touching the back of seat in front of me. One can only imagine the discomfort of this ride from *******, ** all the way to *******, **. I will N E V E R again purchase a ticket with Greyhound . P.S., Oh, AND THE ONE PASSENGER THAT KEPT EVERYONE UP BECAUSE OF HIS SNORING, I thought that a buzz saw was turned on from 11:00 pm until the sun came up.

      My 19 year old epileptic daughter was left for 9 hours at a bus stop in a strange city that had no lobby or waiting area after a driver told her there was no room on the bus for her and her mid sized service dog. There were signs everywhere saying no loitering. The staff at the time agreed to lock up her 2 bags until her new bus arrived but until then, she had to leave. My daughter spent the 9 hours in a Dennys that was a mile away. When she returned for her bus, the office with her luggage was locked. There was no staff at that hour although the website says the office is open. My daughter and her dog were able to board the bus but was forced to leave her clothes, medications and personal items behind. I cannot reach anyone at this hour, 1:30am, in Greyhound customer **********************. I will continue to contact to find out how we can get these items returned to us. She paid $300 for this ticket to H*** DO NOT TRAVEL WITH GREYHOUND!

      Poor bus service, always delays, to many layovers customer ********************** is Poor can't tell you anything because they don't know anything homeless people in your face dirty bus stations ,drivers who don't speak English never again, il fly instead

      06/23/2025 I was left stranded at the bus stop. The bus driver did not give the full 15 minutes as stated beforehand. I have proof that she pulled off prior to the 15 minute ***** This is not a good practice. Also my bags were on the bus and now have to be located. Please help me. Unfortunately I dont think I will ever be a customer again with this experience Ive had. 06/24/2025 Sat in *******, ** with no food or no drink from 1pm until almost 7pm. Arrived 7 hours late to ******************* and then the LA bus was cancelled after never showing up at all. No availability for logging nor any kind of offered accommodation for this inconvenience. This is a really bad experience and company overall. I wish things were different for my trip. Once we arrived in ********** the 10:20pm bus service NEVER showed up and I sat in the bus station OVERNIGHT. Only for the trip to finally be cancelled and had to be rebooked for an afternoon trip the following day. If anything, all is forgiven I simply want my bags back. The website does not allow you to submit the form as I have used several different WiFi locations AND devices. PLEASE help me.

      I accidentally purchased a ticket on the app; I was debating and my apple pay read my face. I tried immediately (seconds) to do a refund and it only offered a voucher which I do not need. So then I called and waited on hold for a person for like half an hour and no one ever came so I hung up figuring it was in the evening and they might be closed. The next morning I called and again had to wait but reached someone who was no help at all and had one sentence to say. "I am sorry mam that's our policy" I asked to speak to a manager 3 times and was put on hold 3 times and every time it was the same person who would come back and say I am sorry mam there are not refunds only vouchers it's our policy. Finally he said there was no manager available and I was like well why do you keep putting my on hold to wait for one? I asked if I could not wait could a manager call me back and he took my name and number. Which is kind of odd because usually people ask for for names numbers booking numbers things like that. Nope all he would say is I am sorry no refunds. Worst customer ********************** ever and now I'm out $70 and 2 hours of my time.
