      My Granddaughter and l left *************, ******** May 29, 2025 on the 9:35 pm bus heading to *******, ** due to arrive May 30, 2025 at 10:55 pm. The trip was OK at first other then a few loud racist ppl. But after the bus driver made a none scheduled stop at a gas station approximately 20 minutes from the *********** bus station that's when our problems began. The driver opened the handicap door for a passenger that wanted to get off and stay at the gas station to pan handle after that the door would not close. The driver called for help after trying for at least a hour continuing to apologize even offered to pay for some of us a Lyft to the Dayton station. A training bus with no passengers pulled up to assist but did not give us a ride. The training bus eventually was sent back to get us but buy that time we missed our connection. When we finally arrived in ****** we were greeted bya employee that said do not get off the bus we close at 10 pm and you have to sit outside over night. So we continue on to ********, **** were there was no bus for us. We had a hard time changing our tickets we were told to go to ************** but the bus didn't have any room so we sat in ******** **** with no plan and no ride scared stranded and tired. Finally new ticket confirmation for 7:15 am but the station we were currently left at bus came at 6:55 am and we could not load the bus from there so we would have to get to the bus station on Mound. No Lyft no accommodations from Greyhound it was up to the passengers to find away to another bus station with luggage to load the bus. Greyhound told me on the phone the night we were stranded in ******** that they were goin to reimburse me 180 that's all they could do. I never received it and my daughter drove from ******* to pick is up. I have never slept outside in a public place but if it was left up to Greyhound l would have. The worse traveling experience l have ever had very poor customers ********************** and l will never travel with Greyhound

      I was at a family gathering 06/22/25 in which our parents purchased tickets without our knowledge. The day before. So not knowing l brought my own ticket the morning of My departure. Update l found out that My mother already paid .l tried to cancel they wouldnt honor my transaction and tried to charge Me a cancellation fee of 70% of My tick leaving me with a $30 credit.. on. $159 ticket . To make it worse l did try to cancel to get at least something back a credit or something it wouldnt allow. The representative told me to do it online.Manage my trip.. l call and asked/told them it didnt work they said it wasnt nothing they could do. How is this fair?Greyhound is the worse

      Extremely Disappointed with Greyhounds Customer ********************** Ive been a loyal Greyhound customer for over 10 years. Ive exclusively used your service for travelnot just for myself, but for my mother and goddaughter when they would visit me from other states. Even when Greyhound canceled part of my goddaughters trip midway through a different state due to not having a bus driver, I gave the company grace.But this recent experience was the final straw.I accidentally purchased the wrong return date on a ticket, and within two hours of receiving the confirmation email, I called customer ********************** to correct the error. I was shocked to learn that I would be charged both a cancellation fee and a partial fee just to rebookdespite how recent the purchase ****** make matters worse, the representative I spoke to was incredibly rude. We were having trouble communicatinglikely due to a language barrierand when I politely asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told: Why? Ive explained it and youre not understanding. She then aggressively demanded my booking number. When I calmly repeated my request to speak with someone else, she said the supervisor was busy and Id have to wait ******************************When I called back, I finally reached a supervisor, but he was just as unhelpful. He couldnt explain the fees and simply said, Thats the policy. When I brought up the previous **** conduct, he said, Ill look into it. If youre still upset, just write ********* here I amwriting online.After a decade of loyalty, I can confidently say Greyhounds customer ********************** has fallen apart. Being dismissed and treated with such disrespect was the last thing I expected from a company Ive supported for years. I strongly urge others to look into alternative travel ********** better, Greyhound. Long-time customers deserve better.

      By the looks of it I dont need to say much. Greyhound is whats wrong with business today. I bought a ticket on a Sunday and cancelled the ticket on Monday. They required a $171 cancellation fee which although outrageous, fine. They then only refunded me $114 in the form of a voucher I will absolutely never use. They essentially took $289 with zero remorse. They have no customer **********************, no supervisor and no manager to refer too. It was disgusting to have happen to myself as a single mother. I hope you enjoyed that.

      On 06/01/2025 I purchased a ticket from ***** to *********** la. I had to pay to get to the bus stop was there 20 minutes before the bus was scheduled to arrive. After sitting there for 30 minutes after waiting on the bus it never showed up . I was told since the bus never arrived I would receive my full refund the same way I paid for it. I have called on several occasions and keep getting the run around it went from 2hrs/5-7 business days for me to receive my full refund today is the 18 of June and Im still waiting on my refund now they added something new they cant help me over the phone I will have to file a complaint online and this the real kicker I cant get my money back I can only get a voucher I didnt use a voucher when I paid and it didnt take 5-7 business days as well for them to get their money someone really need to shut them down or do something about this because its to many bad reviews and if I would have seen this before I purchased my ticket we would not be going through this now and I never rode the Greyhound before so I was kind of excited but no worries cause yall want ever receive another green dollar from me this wrong on so many levels and they keep doing because nothing is happening so they just get to keep your money dont show up all of a sudden everything is done though e-mail I didnt e-mail it to you so I shouldnt get it emailed back just give me my refund and you want ever have to here or see my name how do yall sleep at night knowing how yall **** people out their money yall dont deserve that 1 star but it wont let me leave it blank ????????????????????????????????????????is what it deserves

      Terrible service and terrible refund policy. Not only will you lose a percentage of your ticket value even if you cancel in advance, the refund is only issued in the form of a voucher which is useless if you don't plan on using the service. Customer ********************** support was terrible. Cancellation policy is not explicit with the details. Avoid using at all costs.

      I arrived over five hours early for my 11:10 PM Greyhound bus in ******, **, only to be misinformed by multiple drivers about which was my busdespite clearly showing my ticket. The 11:10 bus departed without me after a driver wrongly told me it wasnt my bus. There's no on-site help, no signage, and no information booth nearbythe closest one closes early. Greyhounds customer ********************** forced me to wait 24 hours for a courtesy reschedule and refused to take a verbal complaint. It's unacceptable that such a large company has no staff at a major stop like ****** and underpays overseas agents as little as $1.72/hr. This experience proves that you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money and avoid Greyhoundespecially in ******.

      This is the worst experience I've thus far. I stopped riding greyhound years ago because of all the problems I had. I decided to give it another chance today to complete a training objective for my daughter's service dog. The bus driver from *********** LA to ******, ** was rude, arrogant, loud, and disrespectful. She had no regard for the disabled people trying to board nor my autistic daughter who ended up having an episode and was triggered because of her. Then the cleaners through our merchandise we had in our seats in the trash but denied it, so I guess it disappeared on its own. I'll never ever ride greyhound again!

      My mother was travelling from *** to *************. The bus driver stopped in ***********, ************** for bathroom break and when my mom came out the bus was gone. My mom is a senior (almost 80). My mother's luggage and belongings were still on the bus. She had to catch an **** to ******** where she was mistreated by an employee there. When the cops were called, they were horribly aggressive with my elderly mom and banned my mom from waiting at the station. She had a new ticket to travel back to ** and they refused her admittance. I called over 10 times to get my mom back to ** and the unprofessional employee in ** refused to let my mom on the bus. We had to drive 4 hours to her and 4 hours back again to take her home. This is not the way to treat seniors or anyone in general. I am disgusted and plan to take appropriate action. My mom's luggage is nowhere to be found. Worst company ever!!!
