      Greedy company. They are losing customers by this no refund policy. Not only did the company not inform me the bus would be under another name, the driver left me knowing I was waiting on the bus. Horrible business practices and workers. Avoid at all cost and use flexbus.

      I bought a ticket for the 26th to leave Mayfield Kentucky to go to Grand Rapids Michigan supposed to arrive the 27th at 12:05 in the afternoon. My trip was canceled first day by the bus company. I then got towed they sent me an email which they didn't. When I called the company to tell them I didn't receive an email the guy said so you really called me back for this. And then hung up on me saying I said a cuss word when I didn't. When I leave the next day with the new tickets they gave me. It said I would arrive at Grand Rapids on Sunday at 12:05. I got to Memphis Tennessee and was told the bus driver called off. And got rerouted to leave in there at 5:30 a.m. besides 8:30 p.m.. they added two more stops to my travel. Now I don't arrive till 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Miss my court date now when I had two days to make it when I made my plans with greyhound. I believe your company is a joke customer care is ridiculously nothing they just look at you like why are you even saying something. I believe your company should be shut down for how bad it is.

      Absolute worst business, horrible customer service. They need to be forcefully put out of business. This company cancelled service abruptly with no notification and no refund on 8+ people... Actually they cancelled an entire route from vancouver to portland stranding more then just 8 people. The only thing customer service offered was to reschedule our tickets... Please never buy from this company so that they go out of business.

      Hi Team,
      I am very fed up with Greyhound bus lines. They are having issues with drivers but they are still accepting reservations and people like me got stranded twice in one trip. This isn't fair and I have lost 2 days of work because of their poor work ethics. I need some compensation.
      For confirmation number ******** I paid $27.99 USD
      and for confirmation number ******** I paid $27.99 USD
      I need some compensation and also fix their booking systems and start updating travellers efficiently. These last-minute cancellations won't work.
      Please Help.

      I bought a ticket on the 15th to get my son home. My oldest son I reported missing the day b4. Now I have a copy of this ticket that says 201/2 hours. Now I contacted the company 1st time to put a code name and see . Then when I received the artinary. I looked at the road it was traveling I I thought to myself what kind of trip is this now from Helena Mt to Moscow idaho they went though Utah after butte Missoula they went to twin fall post falls Boise. So I thought I would call and see if I could change ,well that was not going to happen so hung up on that conversation. Called salt lake express to see what they could do they could have had home the next morning. So I thought ok I call greyhound back so I did and they told me I could not get a refund even in the light of the emergency I was having. So I asked to talk to a manager and or supervisor I was told thier was not one in and also had been refused, and this is where the switch from20 and 1/2 turned into 45 hrs this person told they had my son for 45 hours I CLEARY SAID NO THAT IS LONGER NOT SHORTER. NO I DO NOT WANT THAT . Then I was told to call back in 30 min. I said to this person so I can calm down and he said yes , so the 4 th phone call called and asked to talk to supervisor, now this is where again I said no I'm not going through this again and they continued to ask questions I had answered 3 times already I said please I will wait for supervisor. Well about 10 15 minutes go by I get disconnected. Ok considering everything I was going though I called a 5th time did the same thing asked for a supervisor where thistime they argued with me saying the original was 45 I told th it was 201/2 hours they kept arguing with me when I had taken a snapshot on my phone bit both the supervisor and the customer services said the original was 45. Thank you ********************************* AND YES LOOKING FOR COMPENSATION.

      Had an accident because the driver fell asleep at the wheel. Door was damaged and wouldn't open. We couldn't breathe. Greyhound is still refusing to even refund my account.

      The customer service is a 0. I planned a mini vacation for me and my children. I needed to get my children back in time for school to start on time for them. I had to spend 60.00 dollars plus the 140.00 l had originally purchased on the tickets. The greyhound bus line was 2 hours late leaving. When we got off to transfer security jumped my 17 and 15 year son's. The greyhound security officer punched my 15 year old 3 times in the eye. Then they tore up our bus tickets. It was a scam to get us to spend more money.

      Worst bus ever. No real customer service. Delays are a common thing. No one to help and bus stop are horrible. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Horrible

      Purchased trip to Southern Pines Nc from Hampton, VA. 8/8/2022. I purchased ticket online and used it to board bus. Got to Richmond VA and was not allowed to use tickets that I purchased to transfer bus to Charlotte so I could transfer to southern pines nc bus. Now I am sitting out here at the Richmond bus terminal waiting for a Charlotte bus to take me to Charlotte but not to Southern Pines. What kind of crap it this!!!!!! This is a terrible company when you do people who purchased tickets to ride bus like this.

      Greyhound is terrible scheduled to leave Topeka KS on Sunday 5:45 am after two buses arrived neither the one for my trip 2hours later, still no bus all they can say is my bus is in Wichita, this is Monday morning and there is still no Greyhound bus leaving Topeka,. Must drive to KCMO in HOPE that they will accept the ticket with a 20.00 exchange fee . Scheduled to leave at 5:45 am on Sunday still stuck in Topeka, must find a way to KCMO station then pay again for the exchange HOPE they will accept and let me ride a 67yr old female. Where is the layover? how long is the layover? NEVER again will we use Greyhound being up in age she doesn't care to fly. Greyhound this is UNACCEPTABLE Customer Service for us in Topeka KS. Just close the darn station it HURTS more than it HELPS. Mistreated Senior Citizen
