      NCAC is not a debt buyer, The account was assigned to NCAC by her former landlord ***************. ****************** was an add on to an existing lease. She was provided with a copy of the add on addendum  on 4/29/23

      I have disputed this charge from NCAC Collections several times. When I check my credit report it is still there and it reports that this has never been disputed but my report clearly shows that it has. This is not my debt. I have been trying for over 2 years to get this removed from my report. This is stopping me from obtaining housing. When I requested proof of charges, I was told to submit it in writing and they will provide the proof. That was 2 years ago. I'm all out of options and don't know where to go from here.

      She disputed the account with TransUnion in May of 2019. We responded to that dispute. We have reported the debt as in dispute since that time.       I have sent multiple certified mail letters asking for validation and the method of how they validated multiple fraudulent and questionable items on my credit report and have not received back anything in over 45 days for these accounts that are clearly inaccurate and fraudulent accounts. This credit
      bureau is disregarding the law and taking advantage of me and this has caused a big stress in my life. The most recent certified letter I sent was on 08/21/2022. I have added the letter and the certified mail receipt showing and confirming it was sent and received.

      I DEMAND that all the items are deleted and I need an updated copy of my credit report showing me just that since they couldn't provide me with validation and ignored my dispute if action is not taken I will *** in small claims court in my city and the company will have to come and represent themselves.

They did not provide me with the original application with signature like I asked. This is a serious violation according to 15 U.S 1692 (e) and 15 U.S 1692(f).       I was a resident at ******* town ********** in ************ ********* My lease was up January 31, 2022. I stay extra month And moved March 1, 2022. At the time of leasing, my apartment was infested with mice. Several complaints was made to the rental office. The mice were so bad and they ruined our furniture. When complain to the rental office, they sent pest control and told us that they will cover our furniture. My rent was 1505 a month, at the time of move out they are charging us $2500. The amount does not add up and I cannot speak to anyone to get the correct amount. This problem is affecting my credit and preventing me to find a home.

      I recently vacated an apartment that was not held to proper code; I had a fire the first week of living there due to the AC leaking into the breaker box, my AC constantly broke at least once a month if not more, it leaked into the carpets and caused mold in the closet behind the unit ruining a lot of my personal items. I have PTSD from living there and the fire that occurred. I complained multiple times with multiple work orders put in but nothing but bandaids were ever applied to the existing problem. The only respite I had was in winter when I could simply turn the AC off. I was gone for 2 months from July to the end of August and in the beginning of September received an email telling me to renew my affordable housing application. I told them I had no interest in renewing my lease due to the ongoing unlivable conditions. I was told that they placed 2 notices on my door in July to let them know wether or not I wanted to renew. The issue? My personal information was on a door where anyone could have gotten it and that was the ONLY notice I received, no calls or emails. As stated previously I was not in town and once I returned to the property I found no notice they claimed to have posted. The office staff admitted they knew about the problems and did nothing to fix it. I paid my rent on time and all of my utilities and left the unit in as good of a condition as I could despite the constant problems I lived through. I tried to call and got no answer. I am disputing this charge from this credit company I have never done business with and am disputing these bogus charges from the slumlords at that apartment complex.

      I have reached out to National Credit Audit Corporation. They have failed to provide proof of validation regarding a debt that does not belong to me. They have furnished this alleged debt on my consumer report and have failed to validate the alleged claim pursuant to Sec. 809(b)of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and according 609(a)(1)(A), you are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report. I demand this item be removed from my credit report immediately.
