Would like to speak with someone in the executive office of this company Santander I would like to speak with them about my concerns with regards to implementing a program within their company to assist customers experiencing ******************** hardship.I was told that once you get contractually behind in your payments, you still risk repossession of a vehicle although youre making monthly payments this isnot helpful to consumers, and then after a repossession occurs, they charge enormous amounts of money to get your vehicle back. I would love to speak with someone within the company. I tried to get someone in management, but was told that theres no way to contact anyone in the corporate office.Its my thought process that if a consumer is attempting to pay consistently on their account, why do they repossess cars and make it impossible for a consumer to rectify the situation financially I pray that someone will call me. The last payment made to this company was three weeks ago but was still placed in a situation, leaving me as a consumer without transportation with no resolve. Please help me.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have just made a payment to them on 31 March. I made a payment to them in February. I made a payment in January. I was unable to double up because I was having a financial hardship of which I explained that to them I am asking that possibly someone from their executive office possibly the CEO would get in contact with me. I it wasnt like I wasnt paying because I was and I called them to let them know that I was going to make another payment. I understand that I was contractually behind however, monthly I have been making payments whole payments to this company. Please help me to retrieve my carBusiness Response

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Santander Consumer USA regarding an unresolved issue with a warranty refund check.On February 20, 2025, a check was sent to Santander by the dealership for the cancellation of a vehicle warranty. For weeks, I was told by multiple Santander representatives that they could not locate the check. As a result, I was asked to send proof that it had been deposited, which I faxed on March 26, 2025.After that, I received conflicting information from several Santander representatives. I was told:The check had already been sent to me.The check was waiting on approval to be sent.I would not be receiving the refund at all, and it would instead be returned to the dealership.The dealership has also tried reaching out to Santander and has received no response.Most recently, I spoke with a representative who confirmed that the check was received by Santander on March 19, 2025, and that per policy, it should be disbursed within 30 days. As of April 22, 2025, neither I nor the dealership has received the funds.This delay and lack of clear communication is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. It is unclear whether the funds are being withheld intentionally, mishandled, or simply ignoredbut at this point, it is clear that something is wrong.I am requesting that Santander immediately disburse the refund to either myself or return it to the dealership so I can receive the refund I am owed. This situation has gone on far too long and must be resolved as soon as possible.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Business Response

I was a cosigner on a vehicle that was financed through Chrysler Capital. The vehicle was refinanced through a business name and through a different institution. When the refinance was done, my name was removed from the loan. When Member One ******************** mailed the check to Chrysler, Chrysler sent the check back and said no account found. The check was sent back to Chrysler due to their error. (both names and account number was on the check). I now have a charge off on my credit by them for an error that they made. I want this taken care of, but this is to not fault of mine and this is a Chrysler Capital Issue.Business Response

I was attempting to make an early payment with Santander, my payments are $469.00 a month snd I always pay a minimum of $250.00 plus a processing fee bi- weekly, my payments are paid in advance at least a month a head, not only do I make regular bi- weekly payments, I often pay and extra $200.00 each month. Santander is adding additional fees up to $39.00 per month and are unable to explain why. They are basically penalizing me for sending in so many payments and over paying. **************** is rude and have no interest in providing assistance. I want to know why Im being over charged while Im over paying. Plus if I owe $1,800 on a$ ********* loan, never been late and I have to pay an additional amount to pay it off early.Business Response
