      I have been in store. The customer service is good. Online is horrible. Orderd a versace robe for my brother in-law on 12/15/22. Paid for over night shipping.. **** near a week later its still processing. My problem..is if its not at the warehouse or it will take longer why offer overnight shipping? **** near 90% of these complaints day the same thing. I got an email on 12/19/22 saying it will be delivered on approximately 12/20/22 but they gave me no tracking number? How does that work. Now it says I will have it on 1/6/23.. **** near 3 weeks later. If that was the case I would of ordered from saks 5th. Horrible shipping. Just bad. To their credit though they did refund me the over night shipping money. Like I said if you go inside they are amazing . They just need to address this shipping stuff other wise people will go other places.

      I bought two perfumes for my wife for her birthday her birthday was a month ago I was promised fast shipping and a delivery date of 12/03/2022 plus my items stated they where in stock and I'm yet to receive my items i just received another email saying it might be available until 12/29/2022 unbelievably ridiculous the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and no a 15% discount doesn't work for me because I'm never shopping there again

      It is now 1/5/2023 and still I'm yet to receive tracking for my package i've called numerous times and get the same answer we have it in stock but the warehouse can't seem to get it out to you that's not something I want to hear 1 month after placing an order that was meant to arrive in 3 days truly a disappointing experience

      If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a pair of ******************* sandals for my daughter on 12/5/22, they guaranteed them by 12/15. That date came, checked my order status and had not shipped. Called customer service and waited over two hours for a rep. ******** they would be expedited and delivered the 16th.. No delivery on the 16th. Waited four hour on the text customer service option. Was told it would be here on the 19th that they were waiting on fed ex. Find that hard to believe fed ex goes to do pick *** everyday there. Contacted again by phone was told the 22nd it would arrive that fed ex has left it at their warehouse. They would not let me initiate a cancellation of order. Called again they say it may be the 29th but they can't guarantee it. They say the product is in stock. This is absurd that I've paid for something I cannot receive nor can I get a cancellation of order and they have no idea when it will arrive. BEWARE!!!! Stay away from these frauds!

      After multiple attempts to cancel and was advised I could not. I bought my item elsewhere. I received the run around daily and was promised by a supervisor they would send an email giving me $40 off a purchase for my inconvenience, which I never received. I was finally fed up and told multiple employees, supervisors within customer service call center that I was contacting the news agencies and what do you know..I was finally allowed to cancel my order on the 26th. So the order was canceled by myself not the company who repeatedly gave me the run around. Most horrible experience ever! Will not ever purchase anything from this company!

      Too bad there are no negative stars. I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/13/22, I paid for expedited shipping. I kept tracking my package and it would only say label created. I called customer service on 12/19 and was told they would change to overnight shipping. I called again on 12/20 when I had gotten no updated tracking. Turns out the item was out of stock - there was no hope I would get it by Christmas. They agreed to a $184.00 refund that would hit my account in 3 to 5 days. Really I paid immediately I should be refunded immediately. Also I still have no email from them to back up customer service. I will not shop there again.

      This has been a nightmare and they will not allow me to cancel my order. They used to have an option to cancel. They have completely off-shored customer service and all they say is sorry. I ordered this package on Nov 29th and needed it for my kids teacher's presents -- no update. I check daily -- today I receive this response: "I am deeply sorry to for the bad experience with your order, I gonna escalate this situation and I am so sorry to inform you that the order is still in process due to a logistic problem by the carrier we don't have an expected restock date." I then asked why they cannot cancel it since they are stating they do not have the item in stock and this is the response: "I am so sorry the item is with the fulfillment department and we can not cancel the order" She then states: "I know how frustrating is this experience for you, but we can not cancel the order or rush the delivery". How is this even legal? Just cancel the order -- or ship it. Either or -- but to hold my money for 3 weeks and stating you have no idea when it will ship is WRONG. They have told me so many different stories I do not know what to believe. Let's not mention they charged me for wrapping another gift to only send a hand cut note stating they could not wrap it. Neiman's has really fell off. BUYER BEWARE

      if I could give ZERO stars or negative stars, I certainly would. I placed an order on the 8th and paid for the expedited 2 day delivery. When the packages did not arrive I checked the order status on line and it still said pending. When I checked my credit card, the charge was already showing, so there was no delay for them on that part. When I called they said on of the items would deliver the next day and the other on the 15th. The 2 days went by and nothing, so I called again. The new updated status was that one would deliver on the 15th and the other on the 20th and that delivery dates are estimates. Today I called and asked for an update, they started out by saying delivery dates are estimates, and that one package would be delivered tomorrow and the other would ship on the 20th. I asked why they are shipping separately and he said he sent a note to the warehouse to have them shipped together. He said that both products are in stock, but that the warehouse is behind and that he couldn't give me any more information other than it will eventually ship. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the person was very hesitant to do it, eventually put me on hold and then disconnected. Called back immediately, left on hold for 5 minutes to speak to someone and ask for a supervisor and then hung up on again....

      I'm still awaiting delivery of the items. When I called today they said it will ship on the 21st now and they do not know why it has not shipped other than the warehouse is experiencing delays. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that they cannot do that, but instead they'll give me a 10% discount for my troubles. It's amazing they cannot tell me when an order will ship and arrive. I'm amazed at the ineptitude of this company and the canned apologies that they all say.

      Finally spoke to a "supervisor" yesterday. She said that "Walmart has a better shipping department" and that there is nothing they could do other than send a note to the warehouse. They have no idea when the item will ship due to their lack of information from the warehouse. I told them to cancel my order then and return my money. They stated that it is impossible for them to do that and I'll just have to wait. Totally unacceptable.

      I purchased an item from Neiman Marcus website and paid for Next Day Shipping. It has been 3 business days, and my order hasn't shipped. **************** response was simply there is nothing we can do regarding our delays caused by our warehouse.

      For the most part I am satisfied! Haydee was GREAT but I find it very upsetting that I asked to speak to the store manager or the person that was over the store and she was too busy to contact me I was told that she is over three stores and did not have the time to discuss the situation with me that is horrible unfortunately a lot of major stores have shut down because of customer service like a great store Lord and Taylor was this store seems like it is going to follow them when a store manager could not take time for the customers that is horrible no one should have not enough time for a customer like she does!!

      I returned my item since November 22nd and have yet to receive the refund back to Affirm. I have never had a problem with Affirm that is how I know Neiman Marcus is the culprit. I Will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM STORE AGAIN. Neiman Marcus customer service members will lie ************************ to your face and never refund when they are in possession of the returned item. I HATE THEM!

      Zero stars! This company comes as close to committing fraud as legally possible. They automatically canceled an order that I used a $375 gift card on and told me to repurchase the purse they had in stock. They said I would be refunded the gift card amount, but I never was. When I tried to cancel an order on a $1500 purse the same day I placed the order, I spoke to someone over chat the next day to confirm it was cancelled and they said they had cancelled it and I should receive notification soon . However, the next day and for the past week, I get notifications thanking me for placing my order! When I dispute the charge, the company simply places a new charge like it's a new order. This company is stealing $1800!!!
