      BOUGHT 2 METAL SIGNS, ONE **** AND ANOTHER *****. THEY LOOKED REALLY NICE IN THE PICTURE, LIKE SCULPTED METAL. THEY WERE $75 A PIECE. THEY ARE CHEAP, THIN PIECES OF METAL WITH A PICTURE PAINTED ON THEM. NOT WORTH MORE THAN $10 A PIECE. THEY LOOK CHEAP AND GAUDY. THE **** PICTURE IS BENT AND THE ***** IS SCRATCHED.       This company are are a bunch of liars. They go by many different names and they are not located in ***** or anywhere else in the **** There flags are not custom made once ordered, they are pre-printed and come from *****. Their webpage does not work and you can never track your shipment from Flagwx,com Their emails are slow and robotic.. Buyer beware. I should have read the BBB reviews before ordering because a lot of people who purchased from these individuals have been scammed. Their reviews on social media are fictitious, don't trust them!

      I ordered a flag from this company. Their confirmation email showed the correct product. But when I received it it was different from what I ordered. I informed them of this and they told me to keep the incorrect item and if I wanted the correct one I would have to reorder and pay for it again. This was their mistake not mine and there is no way I'm paying for it a second time.

      april 2023 I purchased a flag it was on back order which was fine but when I got it the top is wrinkled & not smooth & the edges of the side either looks like it was sewed to tight or someone didnt know what thet were doing or they were in a hurry to fill the orders I contacted the company & have not yet to hear back from them I was gonna start ordering my flags from this company cuz purchased 1 in March 2023 & it was perfect but not this 1 I just bought April 2023 Im a lil disappointed in the ************************ service so I guess I will go with another company & give my bussiness to if flagwix is gonna be like this ty ********************

      I purchase an item on February 20th and received the incorrect item on March 7th. I was not given a refund but was told the correct item would be shipped out . Its now April 7th and Ive yet to receive the right item. When I reach out to FLAGWIX Im told my item has been shipped while **** shows in their system, item still waiting to be received. Its been over 60 days now, they wont give me a refund and they are giving me the run around. I have all the emails saved of me contacting them and them giving me the run around. Also they did offer to ship the item asap and to give me a 10% refund for the inconvenience over a week ago and not even that has been given. Keep in mind 10% refund is a joke. At this point I want a refund and never deal with them again.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I ended up receiving the order incorrectly again and was refunded my money . Not sure how its possible to ship the same  order twice incorrectly after taking weeks to ship it .

      I ordered an item on 12/11/2022 from flagwix.com. Before ordering i wanted to make sure a US based company. They stated that one of their locations was a US based location in TEXAS. They had positive reviews. I knew it was around the holiday so didn't expect a miracle on shipping. I read the policies about the shipping & so forth and all seemed fair & legit. So I ordered the item. I paid with ****** which I'm glad. On 12/20/2022, I received an email from the company stating the order was shipped & a tracking number was provided. I looked up the **** tracking number & it stated that it was with a carrier service ****************** on route to the US postoffice in Chicago. Days later nothing changed. I contacted the post office & they stated that the tracking number was MANUALLY created by the company & not the post office so until they had the package in hand they couldn't help. But when I did mention the carrier service they had not heard of them. Alarmed I contacted flagwix support. They stated it was just taking some time because of the holidays and they would see what was wrong. I waited some more. I emailed them back. Almost the exact same response like autogenerated. This time I did some investigating and this is what I learned. Flagwix is NOT US based. It is actually ******************************. I learned this from ****** transaction. The phone number provided is fake and not in service. I then looked up the address flagwix states on website is their location in US and it lead me to a ************* in Texas. I called the health clinic and other surrounding businesses of that address and they have never heard of FLAGWIX. Therefore not only was the address stolen but fake phone number. I tried to locate ****************** and what i learned it is a over seas cargo company but none of their links work and none of their phone numbers are in service either. I asked for a refund but the company just makes excuses and won't.

      I purchased a flag from this company for $40.95 on November 10th of 2022 and have never received the flag. I have emailed their support email and have not heard from anyone. I work hard for my money and either want a refund or want my flag that I paid for. I have the confirmation email and my bank record that I did pay for this item. All I want is my product I paid for. Flagwix does not publish their phone number so I cannot contact them by phone. I have attached my bank record and the Email from Flagwix with the proof of purchase. Any help would be appreciated.
