      Your account with US Anethesia Partners of Florida is pertaining to a medical procedure that took place in March of 2019 where our anesthesia services were provided. We submited our claim to your insurance company and they processed according to your benefit plan at that time, leaving a balance of $866.25 as your deductible. The balance was not resolved within USAP 120 day policy and was transferred to the collection agency **************************** on 10/09/2019.       I had a surgery back on December 29th 2017. I was billed for 2 other surgeries one December 1 2017 and another November 2022 neither of these ever happened. I can provide medical records to prove this. Unfortunately I did not have insurance with this, so i have been paying on these bills since 2017. I finally paid one off, and was told that there where two more waiting on me. I called US anesthesia partners and spoke with a supervisor who told me I would have to wait 3 weeks to hear something since the claim was so old. It's been a month and I have not heard back, so I called again today and now they have no record of me ever speaking with a supervisor. I have offered to send in medical records, and each time they say no not yet, that they will find the medical records and get back to me.This has been on my credit for years, I have been making payments for years, and now I can not get anyone to help get these fake charges off my credit! The newest bill is for 2022, I haven't lived in ***** for 7 years!! How do they keep charging me and adding false claims to my credit?! Please help!

      I have no faith in this company fixing the issue, as I've called several times and each time an investigation has been opened. When I call for an update there are no notes on my account or an investigation.

      I have responded to their escalation department, and will gladly close the case when I get answers on my account. Credit has been ruined for years over bogus bills.

      3 surgeries from 1/2021 - 11/9/2021 Both wrists and elbows for severe carpal tunnel releases with ******************************* Neck surgery that went bad. ************************************************************* from US ANESTHESIA PARTNERS was my anesthesiologist ON ALL 3 & he actually called me after a survey I submitted.He tells me he was not present and that my colleague administered too muchand that my colleague used too much ****** and cause I awoke uncontrollable from being ODd I was told I was put back under again Idk with what He told me I was revived with NARCAN, 2 hours after being left in recovery and not showing signs of walking up.It took Multiple requests in a year and three months to get my medical records which included no account of the ******************** other than it was used.Not in any of the 3 surgeries.I am still being lied to by someone or all at US anesthesia partners, and *************************************, because both or blame me the other for having the anesthesia record that need her to give me what record I seek I see the other has it now or return my calls or weeks. I want my anesthesia records! I knew I was worse off then before these surgeries, as soon as the very next day of the surgery #3. Since the horrible treatment Ive received from the surgeries forward I have not able to work since 8-2022 since 6 months after this surgery I rapidly worsened due to having my spinal cord severely pinched off & now I face a 4th surgery in a little over 1 weeks time to correct what was done to me in 11-9-2021 surgery & try to keep me from living a life of paralysis or worse.I want my anesthesia records COMPLETE DETAIL, What was used how much was used, the timeline and who administered just fire starters. This has taken my entire life I had away from new I had. I went through all this being told Id be better and now Im 100 times worse and nobody is man enough to take responsibility Never had a follow up appt since surgery 3. I feel like someone didnt expect me to survive #3

      I am rejecting this response because:   

      I have called the facility,  multiple times, and each contact I was told just what you are telling me.  They claim USAP had such records.  Secondly the attachment is a screenshot of an email communication claiming a case was opened on my behalf, internally,  at USAP. I've had no communication since.

      I PROPOSE,  all 3 parties get on a group call to get to the bottom of why I'm being given the run around.  This is over a year now and clearly a violation of my civil rights. In affording more than deserved opportunities to produce these records.

      I had a procedure Nov 1 2022. I received a bill marked "final notice" which was printed on 3-28-23 on Saturday 4-8-23. I had received NO prior billing. I contacted them on Tuesday 4-11-23 to pay the $21.29 that was due. I was told that the account had already been referred for collection. The supervisor I spoke with ( DeAundrea) told me that a bill had been sent on 2-23-23. I never received any bill. She further said they had sent the account to collections on 3-29-23 BEFORE THEY HAD EVEN MAILED THE "FINAL NOTICE". They said they had "sent text messages" requesting payment but acknowledged the number they had sent the alleged texts to was NOT my number !! I offered to pay the balance in full, but they refused to accept it.

      I was able to call the number on the bill and successfully pay my "balance"  (which I presume to be the $21 I owed them because the automated system did nothing to reference the amount being paid).  I received a confirmation number and (unless something foreseen happens) consider this matter closed.

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution.  I was able to call their main number and was able to pay the bill.  I encourage them to reevaluate their current policies and procedures.  I have received NO communications from them in spite of the fact that I previously provided my email and CORRECT PHONE NUMBER.   Their system is a horrific mess.

      I had an emergency appendectomy in June of 2022. They told me everything was good and I wouldn’t owe anything. I called back several weeks later to confirm. Again they said all was good.
      4/2023 almost a year later I receive a due now bill.

      There’s some discrepancies and like before I believe they have the wrong patient. They have a different date of services.

      I haven’t moved or changed my number.

      I had a necessary medical procedure performed on 4/27/2022. This billing service, U.S. Anesthesia Partners has been paid by ********* They, however, continued to bill me monthly last year even when I called them as well as sent them a copy of the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and an explanation from me stating ******** told me there is nothing else due. They paid them and there is nothing due from me. I sent this to them many, many times. On October 10, 2022, after I received yet another invoice, I called them again. This time, I threatened to report them to BBB and the guy I spoke with said he took care of it, and that he said I will never receive another invoice again, that he corrected my account, making the balance -0-. This seemed to be settled. But lo and behold, after months of peace and quiet regarding this problem, I received another invoice! I called them...again...and was told she sees a zero balance but does not know why they keep billing me. I am now filing a complaint with you regarding this. I hope you will deal with them in the manner they deserve!

      I had emergency surgery on December 11, 2022 at ******************* in ******, **. *************************** who I have learned is affiliated with **** Anesthesiology Partners was the anesthesiologist during the surgery. Notwithstanding my repeated requests and assistance by the ***********************************, I have yet to receive my invoice and a straight answer from this company with respect to my invoice for ****************** services on December 11. I have been given multiple different responses as to my "account," what I will be billed for private pay (rather than insured) services by **************, and when I will receive an invoice. Each individual with whom I communicated was unhelpful. Reading multiple reviews by others who have complained, I have no doubt that this company has serious problems and treats its patients/customers without any respect or professionalism or the patient bill of rights.

      I am rejecting this response because the business did not timely respond and never resolved the issue of why the billing was not promptly provided and its staff failed to provide accurate information.  Moreover, the business waited until I escalated the complaint to a higher level and filed this complaint with the BBB before it provided any information as to what the amount owed for the ****************** services were.  I suspect thiis is so that they could respond as they have with the statement that the account is paid (i.e. the "no harm no foul" approach).  The fact remains that this company has terrible customer service.

      The response by this business is disingenuous.  Rather than responding to multiple requests for the invoice after services were provided, it had multiple representative provide incorrect information until I filed the complaint with the BBB.  To obtain any account information and what I was being billed I had to make numerous calls and got the runaround.  They then waited until I made payment; have never acknowledged receipt of my payment and responded with a "no harm, no foul" response.  

      The practices of this business and its customer service is substandard.

      I became a kidney donor in September 2020 at ***************** Hospital. Prior to the donation/surgery, I was informed that I would not incur any costs; that the recipient's insurance would be responsible for ALL medical bills related to the procedure.

      I began receiving bills from US Anesthesia Partners in November 2020 and forwarded them to my Donor Coordinator at Methodist, per her instructions and was told it was being handled by their billing department. The bills kept coming and I kept forwarding them to Methodist.

      I received written notice in June 2021 that US Anesthesia Partners submitted the bill to a debt collector, Professional Finance Company Inc., Dallas, TX. They, in turn placed a $1000.00 collection debt on my credit report. This was also submitted to Methodist, per my instructions. Unfortunately, it was not resolved.

      I discovered this fraudulent debt of $1000.00 on my credit bureau report in October 2022. This is the ONLY negative item on my report, and it lowered my score. I filed a dispute with the credit bureau and was denied relief. ***************** is aware of this and has tried to assist, unsuccessfully.

      Donating a kidney is a voluntary act in the United States. I did not expect or ever want any compensation. By the same token, I did not expect any bills related to the surgery. I would think US Anesthesia Partners would be aware of how billing for kidney donors works and would not subject a donor to this type of harassment and the resulting negative financial impact.

      Regardless of the stress, anxiety and aggravation this has caused, I would do it again. Life is precious. Please help get this resolved. Thank you.

      I had surgery in June of 2020. US Anesthesia Partners began sending bills (to an address I hadn't lived at for 18 months). I did not receive the bills as I no longer lived at this address. The mail was not forwarded as it had been 18 months. Undoubtedly the mail was returned to sender but USAP says they never received return mail. Unbeknownst to me, the bill went to a collections agency in December of 2020. In November of 2022, almost 2 years later, I received a phone call from the collections agency that I owed $36.27 in interest. Obviously I was completely blindsided by this information because I hadn't received a bill during that 2 plus year period. I called USAP to let them know they have been sending bills to the incorrect address (which they confirmed). I told them I would pay the original amount outstanding ($253.48) immediately but that I would NOT pay the interest charge. I was told by Amy at USAP that that would be fine if payment was made in full. I was then handed over to Anitra L. who was, not only extremely rude, but uncooperative. She said they would not remove the interest fee and took zero responsibility. I have excellent credit. I pay my bills on time. I would have paid this bill if I had received it. How does USAP send this to a collections agency after a) receiving bounced back mail, and b) never following up with a phone call to enquire about the billed amount? Additionally, USAP is the ONLY entity that billed an incorrect address. The hospital seemed to have the correct address as did every other entity that was involved in my surgery.
      I am furious at the principle here, as well as the way I have been treated by Anitra L at USAP. She was rude, condescending, and unwilling to take responsibility for the error.

      On Oct 21,2022 I got a call from USAP pre pay services to pay for a surgery I have scheduled on October 27, 2022. 3 days later my surgery was cancelled and I proceeded to try and get in touch with USAP to get a refund. The number they called me from immediately hang up on you, and every number on their website will hang up on you one you press and number on their option menu, I've sent two emails and gotten no response.
