The process with Pathways was straightforward and seamless. I would give a 5 star but they use a horrible property management company, Invitation Homes for the year that you have to lease. Once you are done with the closing, Pathways disappears and allows this horrible company to pretty much take over. Invitation homes did a terrible rehab job, removed nice working appliances and replaced them with subpar appliances, they removed carpet and hard wood and replaced it with cheap vinyl flooring, they messed up the wiring and half painted the exterior with the wrong finish paint (mind you the house needed no painting) and left the home looking a spotted mess. They say these were upgrades but they decrease the value. Invitation homes Maintenance is slow and unqualified. We have had several maintenance issues since moving in. I would recommend Pathways all day if they changed management companies but they don't seem to care about that or their customersonce the home is bought and you sign.

1 starHorrible! Do not waste your time they do nothing but give people a run around. Sent documents in and they would say they didn't receive them would have to re-send. 3 weeks just to get an approval for a certain house was then told "oh your approved but the house now has a deposit on it" They would wait all day to call then call right before they closed. Went somewhere else and was approved in 5 hours. They will have a response with an excuse just like they did when dealing with them.Review fromKevin J

5 starsIm *******. The overall experience with Pathway Homes wasn't easy but ended up very good. Although there definitely were a few challenges during the process ******* and the rest of the staff was amazing. The customer service they offered is the main reason my wife and I continued through their program. Was it easy not at all, but like most good things you get out of it what you put into it. They did everything they advertised and then some. And our agent ***************** was a great help in securing our future home. We found several homes we liked and submitted two overall. The first we didn't get due to HOA restrictions. The second which would have been our first choice if it was available first, we applied for and after a few minor issues was able to secure. Once we were approved the process of actually moving in took about two months. So be patient, it's not always a quick process. It definitely was worth the process. We moved into an amazing home in ****** and we love it! And when I say we love it, I mean we absolutely LOVE it lol. Pathway Homes was a great choice for us and we are truly thankful and grateful for their program. This is a home we definitely want to purchase. Unfortunately as I have read, it hasn't worked for everyone. But that us going to be the case in many areas of life. But you will never know unless you try. Endure the process and hopefully you will have a testimony like my wife and I. Thanks Pathway we appreciate all of you.
