    My spouse filed Bankruptcy with this Law Firm in August 2023 and now on the verge of being homeless due to the lack of communication, efficiency, and just poor character provided by this firm. I have continuously attempted to contact my paralegals for over the last 2 months to obtain my Attorney's name and set up an appointment to discuss my concerns. On 2/6/24, I finally able to obtain my attorney's name and speak with him regarding my case. I have not been able to pay my apartment complex the rental payment as they stated, " they cannot accept my payments, contact my attorney." Prior to this, the apartment complex ( been residing here for 3 years), informed me that I cannot pay online through the tenant portal. The complex told me that I must pay with a cashier's check in person. Upon attempting to do this, the leasing agents told me they were not accepting my payments and to again.... "contact my attorney(s). This situation has caused me to receive eviction notices with threats to pay or quit and they will not accept the cashier's check(s) I possess as payment. The office assistants, ********* A. and ******************** are rude and fast talk when I'm inquiring about my case. The paralegals also brush me off and place me on hold for extended periods of time to come back to the phone with NO RESULT(S). Now I am faced with potentially being evicted with nowhere to go and NO thorough communication from anyone at this Law Firm. This is very disheartening, concerning, and frustrating as this Law Firm has been a total DEBACLE of my character with the complex and created more stress than I had originally. They send me multiple emails, no one is on the same page communication wise and I feel like the office staff is frustrated when they have to answer my questions or concerns. A promise to pay for the rental payment in July still has not been handled and has hindered my living arrangement. The Trustee is paid through ACH withdrawal, so that money is paid.
