    I filed a complaint with the State bar in regards to this firm. They will take your money before they even qualify you by state laws and the purchases you make. Then tell you they can't help you until next year. They make it seem like they do a lot of work for you, and then dwindle your money down to where you don't even have a refund after you requested it after your first attorney meeting. Several meetings later they act like they do you a favor by refunding you a little of your money back. I paid them a total of $3,000 and got a refund of a little over $600 due to their selfishness. An original refund should have been granted when I asked for it after my first meeting with an attorney not 4 months later. Ethically and professionally I do not recommend anyone use them nor write a review about them after initial consultation. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life and I'm going to let the world know it. Thieves!

    I started my case with them 2 years ago; after paying in full they have continued to procrastinate and ask for more and more documents, due to them taking way too long. I would suggest finding another law firm that actually cares about their clients and not steal money from disabled Veterans. Now I am having to seek legal consul to *** them for theft of funds, and hardships endured.

    I hired Allmand Law in March of 2024. I paid all my fees upfront when I first called. I They asked all my documents which I downloaded on the client portal. Then I called to make sure everything had been received, I was told there was a glitch in their system and to redownload and send to AllmandLaw questions.com. I did that and once again they said they did not receive the documents. I even went as far as personally taking all me documents to their office and supposedly the receptionist uploaded them. I continued be asked for the same documents over and over, I had a teleconference with ******** who I thought was a paralegal, she would ask about certain documents and I would tell her I had supplied them, she would rummage around on her computer with her dog barking in the background and come back and say oh I found them. I have documentation from where I emailed and even spent money to fax documents to them but they never seemed to have them. Finally I had a meeting with **** my attorney and he seemed distracted , he asked me about reaffirmations for my mortgage and my RV, he told me I was so close to paying my truck off that he saw no reason to do a reaffirmation with them. I agreed to pay for the reaffirmation for my home and my RV. After months and months and months of still sending documents we finally have our meeting with the trustee via teams, the trustee called my name and I affirmed I was on the line but my attorney ***************** wasnt, the trustee went as far as calling my attorneys office and then he gets on the line. Several more months go by and I am sending emails about my reaffirmation with the mortgage and RV, then I get a letter from Allmand where the lender that was carrying the loan on my truck said I was subject to having my truck repossessed even though for over 5yrs I had never missed or been late on a payment if I did not do a reaffirmation. So again I signed a reaffirmation with them. They ended filing my bankruptcy without house

    Do not use this telemarketing law firm. They are thieves. I should have believed the BBB complaints on Allmand Law. The gentleman that didn't receive his refund after he found out about them and canceled. They did the same to me and worse. They told me to stop paying my credit cards because they said I would be able to file chapter 7. Once they told me they lied and I couldn't file it. So I lost my 3000 dollars and in more debt. Please read and believe the reviews on this company with the BBB. They just want access to your money and will tell you what you yes to whatever you are needing in order to get it. This is my email if you want to look at the documents and emails they sent me. Please don't sign any documents with them.
